Loaded Questions are an attempt to trigger a certain response. They also assume premises that have not been proven; their tone is usually off; and no matter how you respond, you will not be trusted and what you say will be turned against you!
Over the years, in regards to many documentaries, TV shows and now a book written against the Generals, only two people have bothered to ask the Generals to answer allegations: 1. Dr. Phil, for his 2006 show on cults; 2. Harrison Hill, for his fictional non-fiction book (2026). In both cases, it was clear that the Generals were already deemed guilty before they were asked to provide a defense.
You can tell when someone is genuinely interested in the truth vs. someone who, in their heart, believes you are evil and asks you loaded questions only to record your responses for their show or near-finished book filled with libel.
Harrison Hill’s “fact” checker, a woman who went by the name Julie Tate, sent General Jim dozens and dozens of questions. She emailed them on June 9, 2025 and curtly told him he only had 4 days to respond, as if he had nothing else to do than hurry up and answer a long list of absurd allegations. I wonder if Harrison only gave the accusers 4 days to explain all their vicious stories? (General Jim still has the email for proof.)
It’s obvious to me that Harrison trusts his sources who have only said, not proven anything. That’s dangerous in the non-fiction world!
If General Jim answered Tate’s questions and Hill actually listened to his responses, Hill wouldn’t have a book anymore. Problem is, Hill approached it all wrong.
General Jim knows the truth. We all do. That’s why we’ve taken time to publish the Px2 Files, Px3 Files, and upcoming Px4 Files, all of which provide proof rather than hateful sensationalism.
INVESTIGATE! We are not afraid to tell you this because we are not afraid of the truth.

In the early 1980s, Mr. Green was fired for striking a child whole working as a counselor of orphaned children.
How do Mr. and Ms. Green respond to Maura Schmierer’s four causes of action made against the group — intentional infliction of emotional distress; deceit; false imprisonment; and negligence?

Mr. and Ms. Green engineered the plot where Sarah Green trafficked Miracle Green from Uganda to the US, by having Sarah forge the child’s identity documents.
Children in ACMTC were forced to go weeks at a time living only on broth.
ACMTC members were instructed to have no contact with friends and family outside the group.
What is Mr. Green’s response to Ja’el Phalen’s suggestion that he abused Miracle Green, perhaps sexually?

Ja’el Phalen claimed she witnessed an adult male ACMTC member with a hand up his pre-teen daughter’s dress. What is Mr. Green’s response to this allegation?
According to Julie Gudino, in 2004, Mr. and Ms. Green told her to “get rid of” Julie Gudino’s son Zechariah by leaving him “on the side of the road somewhere… If he can’t submit himself, he needs to learn the hard way.”
In 2006, when Miracle broke her leg in a swingset accident, Ms. Green refused to allow to her to take pain medication at the Fence Lake compound; at the Zuni Health Center; and at a hospital in Albuquerque. According to Miracle, “Deborah admonished [the hospital staff when they offered pain medication’ and said they could not give me anything.”
Mr. and Mrs. Green promoted a video sermon called “The Solution to Pollution is Bloody Revolution.”
Mr. Green wrote the following: “WRITE FOR OUR (free) DVD CALLED ‘911 Deception’ if you have any doubts about America or Israel’s involvement in that ACT OF BRUTAL TERROR… WAKE UP! These same people who planted the bombs in those NYC towers have another plan called ‘The Samson Option’—something BIGGER than 911 (this is nuclear dear ones, nuclear).”
Mr. and Ms. Green referred to the gay rights movement as the “Pink Stink,” the “Pink Osmosis,” and the “Pink Death Culture.” In reference to Supreme Court justices who voted for gay marriage, the Greens wrote, “These 5 PAGANS in black robes are an ABOMINATION themselves.” “We refuse to bow to this very sick government, refuse to fear the queer.”
Mr. Green wrote the following: “On January 1, 2017, God’s Spirit declared (to us) that it was time for ‘Holy War’ against the nations of the world. The Spirit also told us that God put Donald Trump into the office of President of the United States. He said that Trump was ‘His choice.’ That is all He said.” Trump defeated “queen Jezebel HELLary Clinton.” Mr. Green said it was possible Trump had been sent by God.
Mr. Green wrote the following: US bureaucrats had been “spying, blackmailing, assassinating, creating wars and igniting revolutions worldwide for decades … at the taxpayers’ cost!” “Drain the Stinking Swamp… YES! YES! It can be done! It must be done! Before righteousness can prevail, the necrophilous filth must be dealt with. Making America great again must entail the draining of the swamp.” “PIZZAGATE IS REAL!!!” “Changing the subject?!, Don’t like to talk about it? What about them… the children? Are you going to forget about them so quickly?” Leftists are “CANNIBALS” who will “eventually EAT each other to stay alive.” They are planning an “insurrection,” too, though it was unlikely that “self-appointed Emperor, Obama, will lead the charge—seeing he is wanted by the officials for various crimes.”
Per Jamie Bridgewater, one ACMTC member was “a child molester based on how he interacts with the youngest children.”
After meeting with undersheriff Mike Munk in 2016, Mr. Green told ACMTC members they needed to be “ready for a police raid.”
Mr. Green contributed to the neglect that led to Enoch Miller’s death.
What is Mr. Green’s response to his 2017 indictments, those related to Miracle’s kidnapping and abuse (physical, not sexual); for the alleged abuse-by-neglect that resulted in Enoch Miller’s death; for evidence tampering; and failure to file a birth certificate?
What is Mr. Green’s response to the charges to which he pleaded “no contest”? — two counts of non-sexual child abuse; three counts of evidence tampering or conspiracy to commit evidence tampering; and two counts of failure to report a birth or death?
Various sources have cast doubt on Ms. Green’s claims of Native American heritage. How does Ms. Green respond?

In Berino, when Sarah Green became pregnant with Josiah and developed varicose veins, Ms. Green said God was punishing Sarah for being insufficiently submissive to her husband—and, eventually, that this was punishment for Sarah’s “sins,” as a four-year-old, when she’d been raped in Mexico; that, in effect, Sarah had wanted the boys to rape her.
Ms. Green instructed Sarah Green to purchase postal money orders that were used to help buy the Fence Lake property.
Ms. Green told Julie Gudino to kidnap one of the children Julie encountered on her peddling rounds around the Mexico border.

Ms. Green only gave Miracle Green one meal a day, if that. Miracle was forced to eat spoiled leftovers on the floor or at her own fold-up table, where she sat facing the wall. When she threw up at a meal one time, some of the vomit got in her food, but Ms. Green made her keep eating.
When Miracle was around four years old, Ms. Green started scratching, slapping, beating, and flogging her with a whip.
Ms. Green hit Miracle with an oak stick if she didn’t walk or work fast enough; this treatment usually left a welt or a bruise.
Ms. Green justified her abuse by saying that Miracle needed to be tough in case God wanted to take her back to Africa. Ms. Green also said Miracle’s skin was black because she was cursed.
Ms. Green yelled at Miracle, and whipped and humiliated her. Ms. Green chased Miracle, and called her names like ‘lazy’ and ‘witch.’
Miracle Green says Ms. Green abused her “because God told her to. That it wasn’t her beating me, it was God.”
The pain of Miracle’s legs became so intense that she started crawling rather than walking, which made Ms. Green angrier and more abusive.
When Miracle was approximately four years old, Ms. Green started sexually abusing her.
Rather than addressing the underlying condition of Miracle’s legs, Ms. Green approached the matter as a cosmetic issue, and took Miracle to a doctor in Mexico where Miracle’s legs were broken to set them straight.
Per Julie Gudino, when Miracle was taken to Mexico for surgery on her legs, “[The doctors] broke her legs in eight places, restructured her muscles, and put them back together with screws or pins.”
After the operation, Ms. Green refused to give Miracle and pain medication.
In 2006, when Miracle broke her leg in a swingset accident, Ms. Green refused to allow her to take pain medication at the Fence Lake compound; at the Zuni Health Center; and at a hospital in Albuquerque. Shortly before Miracle was removed from Mr. and Ms. Green’s custody, Ms. Green told Miracle to tell state officials she should have said she “only got hit twice,” rather than “more than four times” while in the group.

After meeting with undersheriff Mike Munk in 2016, Ms. Green ordered all family photos and memorabilia “placed in large plastic trunks and buried.” She and Mr. Green told the members they needed to be “ready for a police raid.”
Per Jamie Bridgwater, Ms. Green “hated” members of the Miller family, and “wanted them all dead and gone.” Stacey Miller’s belongings were burned.
Per Jamie Bridgwater, when Enoch Miller fell ill in December 2013, Ms. Green said, “Don’t carry any food upstairs to that rebel.”
Per Jamie Bridgwater, Ms. Green eventually allowed Enoch Miller to be fed because she “got very afraid that she would later be accused of starving Enoch.”
After denying pain medication to Enoch Miller, Ms. Green offered painkillers, but warned Stacey Miller that if Enoch took them, he risked further seizures.
As Enoch Miller grew sicker, the option for Stacey to get a doctor was discussed, but, per Jamie Bridgwater, “If [Stacey] wants to take him to a doctor it’s up to her; but I told her, ‘Fourteen years ago, you gave this child up to God, but if you want to take him back [to the outside world] then it’s up to you… God told me that he is going to heal Enoch.”
Per Jamie Bridgwater, when Enoch Miller grew even more ill, Ms. Green said, “That boy would not change no matter how we tried to help him. He was a rebel. He would not repent. If the boy repents, he will live, and if he doesn’t, well, he belongs to God.”
Jamie Bridgewater suspected Ms. Green had been drugging her with jimsonweed.
Ms. Green opened a boarding school on a Native American reservation in southwestern Colorado. Five to ten students came back to live at the Fence Lake compound for up to two years. The children’s parents consented to this arrangement, though Ms. Green eventually told them to come take back their kids.
What is Ms. Green’s response to the charges brought against her that relate to Miracle Green: kidnapping, child abuse, and criminal sexual penetration of a child under the age of thirteen; and to the abuse-via-neglect charges related to Enoch Miller?
What is Ms. Green’s response to Julie Gudino’s claims in court? “Many times I was put down for being Hispanic. I was never allowed to talk about my culture or my family, where I came from because it was all demonic.
Per Julie Gudino, “I was told by Lila Green that my son was sexually promiscuous, and him and the children were out in the desert, and they were sexually touching each other, and that I was to beat him to a bloody pulp until he learned his lesson.”
What is Ms. Green’s response to Miracle Green’s statement in court? “Emotionally, [Deborah Green] broke me as a child, to the point where I still today struggle with my own self-confidence, my self-esteem, my sense of worth, feeling that I’m deserving of people that care about me. She took all of that from me at a very young age, and I’ve worked really, really hard to reencourage those feelings to where I can have healthy relationships in my life now. I still struggle a lot from day-to-day, but I’ve gotten to a point where I’m better. But physically, I’ve endured countless surgeries, eleven exactly, to fix my bones, to make them somewhat look normal again… Even though I can hide the emotional part, I can’t hide [the scars]. And because of that, I’m constantly reminded every day of the torture that she put me through, and I’m reminded of how much I have to fight myself every day mentally to not be sunken down into that low place that I was as a girl… I would ask you to give her the most [prison time] that you could give her for the eight years of everything she took from me, from my health, to my emotional stability, my well-being, my self-esteem, everything about my being I feel she took from me.
