State Discovery. Stacy Miller & Brad Shank (aka Bart River).
This interview took place in may 2016 by Det. Steve Chavez. Both Bart & Stacy Miller (aka Gracious River). Stacy Miller was the mother of Enoch Miller who died of the flu in 2014 at ACMTC community. What I’m going to show our readers, PROVES that Gen. Deborah & I are not against doctors/hospitals as reported over the years. We’ve been portrayed as hard – hearted & unloving when it came to medical attention.
This 21 page interview was conducted by Det. Chavez. (Page 3) “C”: “Okay, so people I’ve talked to whose own children got sick these tell me about when they – when (cont. Page 4) they – their child got sick that also, just like Stacy, didn’t ask Gen. Green to go to the doctor. Philimone (was wife of Col. Philip Jordan) didn’t ask Gen. Green to go to the doctor. Joab didn’t ask Gen. Green to go to the doctor.” (Both were adults who died in camp. As if people in communities didn’t get sick and die).
Detective Chavez continues: “And – but yet when I interviewed the generals both of them said probably 15 times ‘we believe in doctors’.”
Then “C” talks about Joshua (our son), “they took him to the hospital when he had malaria.” (He contacted malaria in Malawi, Africa when we were building our ACMTC H.Q. there in 1985).
“C” cont.: Miracle (called Trinity in Harrison Hill’s The Oracle’s Daughter), they took to the doctor – for surgery. Josiah & Isaiah (our 2 grandsons) they took to get dental work done. “C” is implying that we only took care of our family members but neglected others. This is not true. First, sickness was rare among us as a large group. But some things were out of our control. Both Philimone (in her 40s) & Joab (50s) made their own decision not to go for medical help. As far as other children, we leave decisions up to their parents. We are not their parents. We let their parents decide what to do. But other kids hardly ever needed med. Help.
“C” cont.: Here’s Stacy, & she’s saying that out of her own free will, not because she felt coerced, that she didn’t take him (Enoch) to the doctor.
So, det. “C” is implying that we didn’t care for others but our own family. Well, he is full of it! We are not a dictatorship, we let parents make choices. (See my article “Damned if you Do & Damned if you Don’t!”). My point in bringing this up is that the state/county officials KNOWS our (Gen. D. & myself) stand on the medical issue. Chavez admits that we told him – at least 15 times! – that we believe in doctors. Yet, he at other times implies we do not, even allowing members to die.
On page 13 Chavez tells Brad & Stacy “child neglect resulting in death is a first-degree felony”.
When one reads the entire interview, one will see that det. “c” wants the both of them to ADMIT that we, Deborah & I, withheld medical treatment, hence, Enoch died! He says on page 16 “It’s illegal the way he died”. Illegal? Since when did dying of the flu (which hundreds did in NM, many in hospitals), become illegal? He tries to make out like we refused med. Help, hence, Enoch died. He states (p.16): “And the thing is the generals threw her (Stacy) under the bus already, ‘we believe in doctors’”. Well, we all know that we asked Stacy at least 3 times if she wanted us to take Enoch to the hospital. This is on record – the state/county officials KNOW this happened, So, “C” just wanted Brad & Stacy to tell him we refused to take Enoch for med. help, hence, the prison time for us!!! Yep! This has been their machination all along – “put the Generals in prison!”
On page 19 we read: “Now I know living in a commune, because I told Deborah the same thing – I told her because of your belief in doctors had you told Stacy we think you should take him to the doctor that she would have done it because of the pressure”. Well, Stacy, as reported many times, wanted to believe her son would recover – as did all the other persons that had the flu. “C” cont.: “…Deborah said, ‘but we don’t CONTROL (my emph.) everybody. We just – we’re just spiritual advisors. The parents are the last – they’re the FINAL (my emph.) & LAST power over their children’”.
There you have it. Yet, the anti-ACMTC/anti-Generals say we CONTROL everyone!!! Stacy Miller agreed with what Gen. Deborah had said. Well, we know how this CORRUPT det. felt about us. He favors those whom we had to correct even put out. We also know “C” is a Big Liar! He knows that Stacy made the decision not to take her son to the hospital; Deborah was blamed for the death of Enoch anyhow.
Page 21: “…I know that James & Deborah Green have been running that place (Fence Lake H.Q.) like their own little army for 30 – something – odd years & I know who has got the power & army….” Well, well, well, what does this corrupt/dirty det. know about us? We have every teaching recorded. Let him prove what he implies – we CONTROL everyone. We are a Missions Training Corps – we are not a 5o1c3 church. People can join & they can leave at will. This cop never heard one teaching from us nor spent one day in Camp. Yet, he KNOWS all about us.
By now, I guess we’ve all heard about det. Chavez – fired from being Grants Police Chief cause of sexual harassments and other immoral things.
