Thank you Jesus! We are blessed! It is not every day when a wife is so persecuted as Deborah Green. She must be doing something RIGHT, for the Bible says, “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.” – Mt. 5:10 (see also v. 11)
“Yea, & all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.” – 2 Tim. 3:12
I’ve written many articles on “persecution”. This latest persecution was published in May of 2026. Basically, the author is going off of Harrison Hill’s, The Oracle’s Daughter. Nevertheless, I am going to critique it like I’m doing “OD”. There isn’t too much new info in “Inside the Deborah Green Cult” (IDGC) that Hill hasn’t already said.
About this Book
Parrish (I believe it is not his real name) comments that Deborah Green, was a self-proclaimed “General” who built a militarized spiritual empire” Nice! I love it! Of course this is only half true. We together did build an “Army That Sheds No Blood”. Our motto has always been, “Building Strong Christian Soldiers”. The author goes on to say (opening chapter) that IDGC is “deeply researched”, copying Hill’s OD.
The Picture on the cover of IDGC has Deborah with 3 stars. Actually, we both went from Colonels, to Brigadier Generals, to Major Generals = 2 stars. But we won’t sweat the small stuff.
I do like what he says, “… it’s the story of the people who endured it, and the ones who found the courage to LEAVE…” Hill et al. use the word ESCAPED over & over. No one ESCAPED ACMTC – no one was ever held against their will. Fact! The “break free” comment can be taken in several ways. The true meaning is that they – ACMTC ex-members – broke rank & left not only ACMTC but most of them left God. Very few of them today are Bible Believing Christians. All this has been covered in our PX 1-6 Files.

Let’s Begin… again
The author, Scott V. Parrish, begins with Author’s Note: “This is a work of narrative nonfiction.” Yeah, right! First LIE! He says what he is writing is based on court records to start with. Well, we have debunked those records in our PX 3-6 Files. The WHOLE Child Abuse / Child Sexual Abuse was found out to be fabricated by the N.M law enforcement, the prosecuting attorneys, the Court itself, and, of course X-ACMTC members who SPIT INTO the EARS of those listed above. So, Mr. Parrish, can you actually rely upon those documents/files from the State/county of NM? We say No! We say NO to what the BIG CRY BABIES have said, under oath.
Go ahead and read the PX 2-6 Files for proof. The list of “experts” scholars all say the same thing. None of these have contacted us, even yourself. At least Harrison Hill tried to talk to us. We refused, of course. We pointed him to our web sites for answers to his questions. But like yourself, Hill printed what he wanted to. After all he wanted a THRILL! book, nothing too TRUTHFUL.
Prologue:
The Night She Ran
We’ve covered all this “ESCAPING”, Hill’s word. I notice Parrish does not use the “ESCAPE” word. By the time his writing came out, he obviously KNEW Sarah did not ESCAPE but merely LEFT. He does say, “She walked through the gate.” But even this was false. When Sarah left, there was no gate on our driveway – it came much later. We put up a nice strong gate on July 4th, 2025, our attorney helping. Sarah told Hill that she & her sex-partner that they climbed over a rock wall – that NEVER EXISTED either.
Part One: The Making of a Messiah
Oh, wow! our author is going to try to spin here. He beings to tell a bit of Deborah’s history (she was Lila Carter before she became a “General”, a “messiah”. (b. 1946-1979) I’m not sure why he has 1979. And for the record, she was born in 1947, not 1946. You see that we’re going to have lots of fun with this book of his.
The author is really confused; he talks about a photo of Lila “that does not exist.” Well, for the record I have one in my possession of her as a preteen. He goes on to write, “a girl, maybe 9 or 10, sitting on a church pew…” The photo I have she just turned 12. And Lila never went to Church. Her parents didn’t either. He seems to know a lot about nothing about Lila Carter.
Our author continues; he goes into the counterculture. Yes, we both were 60s revolutionaries. He writes as if he, like Hill, was present filming the whole thing. I can appreciate a good story, but this story is not all factual. He fills in the blanks for us.
Enter James Green
“James Green was not… the kind of man who changes the world.” Thanks, buddy. He says, “He was quiet where Lila was Loud.” I don’t remember this. She was smart and educated but not loud! “She was always going to be THE GENERAL” (my emph.). If he really knew my wife, he would take back those words. Deborah Lila was a prayer warrior way before her Generalship. She spent hours at a time – alone with God – praying for the lost & needy. She was never loud or bossy. This was over 10 years of being in a submissive position.
Renamed
“She renamed herself Deborah” (pretty much Hill’s words.) First, it was the Holy Spirit (God) who told her to change her name from Lila to Deborah. (see my articles where God changes names of His true servants in PX Files). He is correct about the name being deliberate – the Book of Judges can be researched).
“Deborah was always in command” our author writes. Who says? Mostly those Deborah-hating backsliders that cry on the shoulders of anyone who will listen to their pitiful plight – “we were abused by that mean ol’ Deborah!” blah, blah, blah.
“She was a student of human weakness in the way that gifted predators are…” Deborah was & is first & foremost a student /disciple of Jesus Christ & the Holy Spirit. She is a student of the Bible – read articles & watch her videos.
Out author is now playing psychiatrist. He tells his readers things that obviously he dug out of anti Cult books, books on human behavior. He loves to use the word “control”. All “cult experts” use this word. If there is one word all these cult experts use is the words “self-appointed”/ “control”. Another word they love is “isolation”, which hardly applies to us since we are an international Army of God. Hard to live in isolation when attending to many nations/peoples. But don’t let this misnomer bother you. We get it! Cults ALWAYS have to be ISOLATED!!!
God Is a Dictator
Our befuddled author now delves into our “Army” life, as if wearing uniform is queer/strange. The Salvation Army has been in uniform since the middle of the 1800s. Other groups as well (see my articles on uniforms): “Members wore uniforms – pressed, precise.” May I ask, is it scary seeing Church chorus in their “uniforms” aka robes, or their baseball, basket ball, football uniforms? Don’t the players & the crowds make lots of noise, get angry, even fight at games? Not a word against dressing in your favorite team’s shirts. No problem. And, some Churches have their kids in uniforms like cub scouts / boy scouts / Eagle scouts etc. No problem.
“Deborah had married military structure to religious absolutism & produced something new: a system in which questioning the General was not just insubordination. It was sin!” We lived with our officers/soldiers. They had access to us 24/7/365. We freely conversed. We shared our lives together. Our author hints that we were the “untouchables”. HA! If he only knew how Ekklesia living was. He only has his preconceived ideas. We, as leaders, suffered more hardships than most. We took the brunt of every inside/outside attack. We prayed for the people. The ones our author writes about, the ones Hill writes about were unfaithful, not to us, but to God’s Word for conduct. They are pissed that we dared confront their secret/not-so-secret sins. Most of the “victims” Hill & this poor guy writes about were guilty of sexual sins. We dealt with them and it! No apology!
But, but I thought Deborah was married to me, not to a military structure. To be honest, Deborah hated uniforms. I didn’t mind them for I wore a U.S. Army uniform for some years. I knew how the army worked. It was me, not her, that structured ACMTC. It was me that made those logos for our T-Shirts – the eagles etc.
Talebearers & Liars
“The words of a talebearer are like tasty trifles, & they go down into the inmost body.” -Prov. 18:8, NKJV
Talebearer: Heb., nirgân = “a slanderer, a whisperer.”
Slander: Heb., dibbâh = “to defame, give an evil report, infamy.”
“Whoever hides hatred has lying lips, & whoever spreads slander is a fool.” –Prov. 10:18, NKJV (see also Prov. 26:24 & Ps. 15:3; 101:5)
“Where there is no wood, the fire goes out; And where there is no talebearer, strife ceases.” -Prov. 26:20
What started this WAR against ACMTC, and the generals specifically, was, first, our fasting & prayers at Fort Freedom (Sacramento, CA. in 1983 when the first newspaper did an article on us – see PX1 Files). The second thing that got blown up into a FULL BLOWN “Kill the Cult” thing was when we demoted Capt. Maura Schmierer because of her unconfessed adultery. This “trial” became a California scandal, then a national scandal. All articles/videos docs have been made off this Greens vs. Schmierer. This BIG LIE / BIG TALE has been repeated over & over ever since 1987 (the year of the trial; 1988 (the year of the 20M. Lawsuit). The vultures, hungry for a story, be it true or false, spread their wings & opened their beaks with all intent to DESTROY ACMTC & the Generals. Thru the years many, many pathological antagonists join the “Kill the Cult” cult. Dozens & dozens of talebearers & CRAP spreaders took up arms (fig.) to silence us. Criticism of just about everything we believed & did was criticized. The hype was like a lava flow: the Greens, esp. Brig. Gen. Deborah, were painted as Hitlers, Jim Jones et al. Tongues wagged day & night. This article (published in May, 2026) is just a continuation of the Sacto. saga.
Satan’s serviceable tongues wag day & night. The lies get bigger & bigger. We have – praise the Lord! – become the butt of calumny! We’ve said farewell to our characters decades ago. Bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor & evil speaking, with ALL MALICE flows from ex-ACMTC members as they gleefully spit “demon semen” into the ears of the media cultists, in turn, more S.O.B.s (“Son of Belial”) are born-for-war! These newly-born haters of Biblical Truth, like their parents, have an appetite, a craving for the flesh of the generals, esp. Deborah. Yum! Yum! tasty trifles… eat (their flesh), drink (their blood), & be merry!
Fervent Lips with a Wicked Heart! (Prov. 26:23)
One Bible translation uses the words, “Burning lips & a wicked heart.” This sums up the profile of our “character assassins”. Most of our “Character Assassins” are disgruntled females whom we had to deal with for their rebellion & sex-sins. As they BURNED in LUST (sexually), Deborah & I had to deal with it. Well, when one reads the reports (2017) from the state of NM (which we cover in our PX 3-6 Files), you’ll see that these females helped in manufacturing the BIG LIE against Gen. Deborah (& Lt. Col. Peter Green): child abuse / sexual child abuse. Thank God the truth finally come out, but not until she & Peter spent 4 1/2 years behind bars.
So, with this background let us continue with the “Inside the Deborah Green Cult” by S.V. Parrish.
The Architecture of Belief
Actually there hasn’t been any of our “Character Assassins”, besides Harrison Hill, who has written us concerning our beliefs. Dr. Phil in 2006 did contact us via phone (answering service) wanting us to appear on his T.V. Show. We refused for it was leaked to us that a trap had been set to film us for propaganda reasons. But we have hundreds of written/video messages up on our ACMTC sites for any & all to read & view. We tell our viewers/listeners/readers what we believe. So it is not necessary to have personal contact. But in all the years – 1982-2026 – we’ve only had one who wanted to know what our Christian beliefs are. In the early days, in CA, we did get interviewed by several large News outlets in the Sacramento and bay area, and other various places as well. One was polite, the others not so. See PX1 Files for some newspaper graphics and articles.
Trapped?
Our mis/disinformed author writes, “… people who had been systematically stripped of the psychological resources required of the psychological resources required to exercise it. It assumes, in short, that the situation was simple, & it was not simple. It was one of the most sophisticated TRAPS that human beings can construct for one another.” He is referring to ACMTC free agents making choices – as if we stripped them of their freedom to choose. Just how he comes up with such an ABSURD statement as that above I don’t know. Did Mr. Parrish ask those cry babies if we – Deborah & I -spent months giving Bible studies on true Christianity community living & then having each member sign a pledge to join ACMTC (before ACMTC we were Free Love Ministries, a 501C3 org.) No one had had to “sign up”. Each made their own decision. All his psychological jargon – his tech language obviously dug out of an anticult book somewhere, says nothing in relation to Biblical language, conduct, goals etc. Need I remind him we were starting a training corps to “Take Jesus to All the World.” We were NOT a Church per se, therefore we should not be judged as a Church. We were/are individuals who would go “over-the-edge, be radical for the Lord & His call. Enough Church! Dead religion does not raise the dead!
So, As we passed out our recruitment papers, members could join or decline. We did have around a dozen who didn’t want to commit their lives to what we were doing. Some kept coming to our open meeting at Ft. Freedom but did not get into uniform. So, all this “they FORCED ME to do this, do that is pure BS!!! Ask anyone of them if this is not true, esp. Julie, Sarah, Lisa, Maura et al. They were at Ft. Freedom (we have a photo of all of us standing in front of Citadel in uniforms).
Our befuddled author knows zero about our early days. Zero. I kept our Battle Cry / Battle Cry Sounding going up until 2017. I started it in 1983. Our publications chronicle our comings & goings, our persecutions & triumphs. I write about all this in Battle Cry Sounding & other pubs. We have over several thousand videos/CDs/DVDs as well. No honest journalist will publish what Hill & Parrish et al. have published. They make up their own narratives to sell! As one California media reporter told us, “Good stories don’t sell!” Yep! True!
Control?
Yes, got to have this in order to totally change the truth into fiction. Parrish writes: “The first is milieu control… including all communication with the outside world.” Gee, I wonder how we raised up multiple ACMTC groups (Int’l) if we had no “Outside Communications”? As if this stupid, untrue statement isn’t bad enough, our author SHAMES himself with, “The compound was geographically isolated. Members had NO PHONES…” May I ask how Jamie Bridgewater called the police to rescue her? He shamefully refutes Hill’s account: “Hall (Lt. Harry Hall of Cibola Co. Sheriff’s dept.) was at the Sheriff’s office on the afternoon of Jan. 15 when he received a strange, whispered PHONE CALL…” This call was made in our home/office where Jamie Bridgewater worked computers. (see OD, chapter 32, p. 231).
Ok, we had not one phone but several, not counting cell phones.
The second lie is “… they had no access to outside media…” Wrong again. We did have access, but we didn’t usually converse with the media – they were always hostile. Even Dr. Phil’s team intruded onto our private property (2 times!). At Fence Lake we had no gate at all. We allowed one Gallup, N.M. reporter to come in & interview us several times. Going back to California /Oregon days, we had plenty of interaction with the media. Some we refused, others we allowed.
Lie #3: “They had no unsupervised contact with anyone beyond the fence.” Well, this is a BIG LIE! We allowed outside family members – mothers, fathers, brothers, & sisters come in (at times when they were not hostile) to visit their sons & daughters. Some spent several days/nights in camp. In California & Oregon things were more restrictive though. Violence was always on the table. But we did allow visits if the relatives behaved.
“The info. that researchers were given had been filtered through Deborah.” Half true.
Oh, No, Not PURITY!!!
Another bitch of their’s is what our author calls, “the demand for purity.” I guess the outsides prefer lawlessness? Well, we’ll let the Church do this. We follow Scripture. Of course we don’t expect our antagonists to understand what the Scriptures demand of the believers. Our ignorant author can’t grasp, neither Harrison Hill et al., the meanings of separation, dedication, & consecration. But Separation, Dedication, and Consecration are Biblical terms. Both Hill & Parrish MOCK us for obeying what Scripture teaches. They can’t fathom, “Do not love the world or the things of the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world – the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, & the pride of life – is not of the Father but is of the world.” – 1 Jn. 2:15, 16. These are not our words, but Scripture.
Parrish adds, “you were not leaving a community. You were choosing damnation.” Yep! Got that right. We have NEVER taught nor do we believe, that if anyone leaves ACMTC they will go to Hell. What we do teach, & the Bible does confirm it, is that if anyone falls away from the faith (apostate), one will not go to Heaven, but to Hell. I have dozens of teaching on this. Not ONE teaching says a member of ACMTC who leaves will go to damnation. Please verify this.
Horrors Were Interior
Under “God Is a Dictator” chapter, our author describes life at Fence Lake, NM, “a high desert landscape so remote that the nearest town was a long drive on an unpaved road.” This is also such a lie! Hwy 36 was/is paved. Anyone living outside a town or city in NM finds themself in open territory. Thousands of people live this way. Our camp was a quarter mile off Hwy 36, and can easily be seen from the “paved Hwy”.
“The coyotes could find them, Deborah told her followers. The government could not.” Lie! True, we had coyotes, many, bears, deer, elk, etc. on our property. So did our close neighbors. As per the government, we had the Cibola County sheriffs visit us often, esp. Harry Hall (mentioned in Harrison Hill’s book). We had 2 FBI agents visit (twice) after someone said we were making bombs! Yep! Bombs! Well, this was a blessing, for the agents flew to the State Dept. in D.C. to investigate ACMTC – and found nothing – no bombs/guns/violence!
Parrish continues: “The horrors were interior.” Does he mean the child/sex abuse? The abuse Hill talks about in Oracle’s Daughter? Yep! The HORRORS that were fabricated by our enemies. But don’t sweat the small stuff. “Children who were BEATEN (my emph.) did not think: this is ABUSE (my emph.)” You mean the “abuse” that the FBI (special agents on abuse from back East) didn’t find upon interviewing our children? (see PX3 Files: (1) FBI Interviewed Our 11 Kids & Found NO ABUSE!; (2) Kids refute Accusers!; (3) Incest With The Kids?; (4) Malicious Malfeasance V. FBI Docs on Kids; (5) Child Sex Abuse?; (6) FBI Interview Our Kids Cont.)
Under The Architecture of Belief our author says “… people who had been systematically stripped of the psychological resources required to exercise it.” Thank you Mr. psychiatrist. Mr. Parrish does cite Dr. Robert Lifton, a real psychiatrist, who puts forth 8 criteria that characterize totalist orgs: (1) – Control. I guess ministers are to let the people run things? This contradicts Eph. 4:11 where Christ Himself gave apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, & teachers. For what reason? to equip the believers for the work of God, so as to take them into perfection (spiritual maturity), so they would not remain as children tossed to & fro & carried about with every wind of (false) doctrine & the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, vv. 12-14; (2) – Loading of language. Our author is disturbed by the language we use. He says, “ACMTC had its own vocabulary… biblical terminology.” Isn’t he saying we use Biblical terminology? Words like, fight, contend, struggle, overcome, prevail are “our” words? He obviously is disturbed, as is HH, over the word “deliverance”. Well, actually, what is meant is “casting out devils” (see Mk. 16:17 et al.). The world calls it “exorcism”; (3) Purity. The Bible speaks plainly about this. I guess Scott Parrish (SP) & Harrison Hill would have us be like most churches of today – full of vileness/corruption. We preach & teach “purity” i.e. “separation from the corruption of the world. Jesus & the N.T. authors taught this. SP goes on & on quoting from pros on “cultism”. Yeah, right.
Inside the Compound:
Soldiers of God
I just love the way Scott writes about our daily lives – as if he were among us. He tries to tell his readers that routine, discipline is somehow evil. Well, I guess most of Americans are cultists, for they have routines & discipline in their lives (the “normal” American).
“The compound at Fence Lake occupied 40 acres of high desert…” Wrong! Our H.Q. sat on 360 acres, with several thousand just a mile away. (One needs to view “The Late Gate” video – it shows our camp from Hwy 36 & takes you to our neighbors – who have GATES with “No Trespassing” signs.
“There was a fence…” WOW! A fence! Well, dear fellow, every property in N.M. has “a fence”.
I’ve noticed
Through out SP’s article/book, he doesn’t use names (at least HH does). He does this, I guess, to make us believe he is actually protecting the “escapees”, e.g. “A former member, speaking to investigators years after her ESCAPE, described the sensory texture of compound life…” “sensory texture”? What the HELL???
May I remind Harrison Hill & Scott Parish et al. that NO ONE was FORCED to stay with us. (see FBI interview with children. The children tell the agents “no one is forced to stay. They say that if a person wants to leave, Gen. Deborah will buy them a bus ticket!”Yep! We’ve done this more than once.
Food for Thought!
I love the way authors describe the way we have our meals: “Meals were communal, taken in the main hall at prescribed times…controlled by the leadership.” Controlled? Really? Please explain. When I was in the military we had “prescribed times” in which to eat. And, the food was not controlled (it was somewhat in basic training (Fort Poke, LA.) At ACMTC, the cooking crew served the food buffet style and everyone was free to eat whatever they wanted (that was presented); no amount was regulated. What he says is pure BS!
Keep in mind that “Inside The Deborah Green Cult” is just a copy of The Oracle’s Daughter where Hill writes things that are totally false / made up, egregious.
Name Change
This author is very misinformed about us. I mean MISINFORMED! He writes: “Everyone inside ACMTC was assigned a name from Scripture.” First off, renaming is not cultish but Biblical (see my article on this already in print). When Scott uses the word “everyone” he means ALL ACMTC members! Is this true? No! First, my name was never changed, neither my daughter’s, my son’s, my 2 grandson’s & a lot of ACMTC members. (see PX5 Files under “Who is Jamie Bridgewater?”, a former member (who called Lt. Harry Hall on our office phone that Mr. Parrish says we did not have!) wrote this: “… I began to think about the times in the Bible when God CHANGED people’s NAMES…” email written on April 5, 2013 – more than a month BEFORE she joined! She goes on to write in reference to another member named Anh Khuu who changed her name from Anh Khuu to “Beautiful”, in which she wrote us before coming to ACMTC: “… My birth name is Anh. In 2011, Jesus Christ gave me a new name, my name is Beautiful” (see Rev. 2:17), Hill & Parrish would have us believe that Deborah gave ALL members new Bible names.
Contact with Outside Forbidden!
Another BIG LIE! Our author writes: “Contact with the outside world was forbidden.” How & why? This is really a stupid quote indeed, we are a training corps that goes OUT into the world to preach the gospel, witness, and make a living. Tell me, how could we afford all our camps, mission trips around the world, our uniforms, food, equipment, and vehicles without earning $$? We had teams going out 5 or 6 days a week – into the world.
If this isn’t BAD enough, Mr. Parrish says, “There were NO phones available to members.” How did we communicate with our teams? “No internet, in the compound’s later years, despite the tech existing…” This is a joke. We had plenty of internet at our N.M. camps – Berino & Fence Lake. We had websites AggressiveChristianity.net; AggressiveChristians.com. Later we had (and still have) JesusCallsToAll.com, CultofTheLivingGod.net, BrokenBruisedandBlessed.com & RighteousnessRevolution.net. By now you can see just how ignorant our author is. Our many computers were confiscated, our phones etc. were taken by the Sheriff dept. in Aug., 2017. This poor guy is making a fool out of himself BIG TIME!!!
Phone Calls Forbidden!
Another lie: “Phone calls were not permitted.” But, but you’ve already said we had NO PHONES, NO INTERNET. You say we did not allow outside visits. Wrong. There were parents that came to visit and we treated them with respect, fed them, etc. Even some who were hostile we did allow visits until they caused trouble. Then we barred them! Some even stayed in our camps at times.
Daily Sermons
Again our author is WRONG. If you look at the dates on our videos you’ll discover the dates did not follow in time. Sure we had meetings each day, we were a community. This is like saying a family that met daily was abnormal, even cultish. But we did not have sermons daily as Mr. Parrish writes: “The sermons happened daily. Sometimes more than once daily. They were long, & they were loud…” And, what about those teams who were away from camp several days, even a week at a time?
“Deborah moved through the hall, she raised her voice…” Gosh, gee, a preacher with some life, not as a dull minister that puts his/her congregation to sleep. But what “hall”? Neither of us preached in a “hall”. True, Deborah did preach with conviction. Is this evil? What does the Bible say about this? I know what it says about preaching Scripture. The minister is to teach & preach under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit – doctrine, reproof, correction, instruction. Oh, wow, gee isn’t this something??? (2 Tim. 3:16). And what is all this suppose to accomplish? Well, v. 17 tells us: “that the man (or women) of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” Oh, that is not all. 2 Tim. 4:2 tells us, “Preach the word! Be ready in season & out of season.” Now, Mr. Parrish consider what follows: “Convince, rebuke, exhort, with ALL longsuffering & teaching.” Oh my, Deborah is doing what the Bible says. Titus 1:13 tells us to “rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith.” The Scriptures are plain: the Word of God is like a “Sword that cuts.”

Like Hill, Parrish would have us believe Sarah was born into the Deborah Green Cult (ACMTC). I am really ashamed of the way this author portrays Sarah. He makes out like Sarah was too young to remember Ft. Freedom days, only “memories are of the compound at Fence Lake.” Hey, FYI, Sarah & Joshua were with us at Mexico, going thru all Central America & parts of South America later on. They went with us to Africa in the Ft. Freedom days. Parrish writes: “(Sarah) was too young when the group moved to have formed memories there.” Sarah had a part to play at Ft. Freedom, later, Oregon, then Berino, N.M. What he says is totally untrue.
He writes, in reference to Fence Lake, “The sound the GATE made when it was latched.” What GATE! There was never a gate, always a cable. But before the Dr. Phil raid on our camp, we did not have even a cable. The very first real gate was put up on July 4th, 2025.
I’ve noticed how our author has avoided the “rock wall”; the “rock wall” that Harrison Hill says that Sarah & her lover-boy ESCAPED over (see our short “Rebutting The Oracle’s Daughter”).
Punishments
Parrish writes: “Punishment at ACMTC was not hidden. It was administered openly…” Punishment? Do you have proof? Not what other authors have said, but actual, police, media proof? I didn’t think so. All this “Punishment” stuff has already been disproved. I just love the way both Hill & Parrish use the word BEAT or BEATEN. Better read what I have debunked; even the authorities now admit we did not BEAT children. He says, “This is documented in court records…” Yes, it was. But it was FALSELY documented. Why do you think all Deborah Green’s charges of supposed ABUSE of Miracle Green, aka Trinity have been dropped? Duh! And as per those “survivor” testimonies have been proven to be LIES as well. I think our author needs to investigate his resources.
Former Members?
“Former members who were children at ACMTC describe a particular form of psychological vertigo that accompanies the physical punishments.” Just who are the children? What are their names. Show me any medical records of abuse. Oh, yes, the stories abound but we need facts. I cover all these “made up horrors” in our PX Files. No beatings, no starvation, no slavery, no psychological injuries – all made up.
Hunger
Parrish basically copies Hill’s (false) stories of abuse & hunger in camp. The mean o Generals beat & starved the children. Boo Hoo! We ate very well at Fence Lake. When all our children were taken by the police/CYFD, not one report is found in favor of what these journalists/media reporters say. All our kids were well educated, healthy, & friendly. (see the FBI interviews). Our author watches his words: “Former members are careful to specify that they were fed -they were not starving (Hill says something different in his OD) in the clinical sense – but they describe a persistent insufficiency, a chronic edge of hunger…” Isn’t Parrish speaking of the same kids that were taken at the Sheriffs raid, Aug. 20, 2017? Why can’t he name them? They do have names. They are all with us today. They will call both Hill & Parrish BIG LIARS! In fact, several of the girls are working on their own web site right now.
Forced Marriage?
Like I’ve said, Mr. Parrish copies Hill’s fiction OD. I cover much of this in my articles in our PX Files. But “forced marriage” is just one more falsehood. Our author spends alot of time on this falsehood, so no need in discussing it again. No one was FORCED to marry or divorce. Period.
Ones Who Chose to Stay
Parrish goes into detail about Lila & Maura Aluzas (later Aka Maura Schimerer). Under the title “The Ones Who Chose to Stay” he has “Maura Aluzar, & the other side of CAPTIVITY.” He basically copies what Hill has written. Hill is more accurate than his buddy though. He writes: “She (Maura) raised her children inside ACMTC. She gave it decades of her life…” False. Maura had children outside ACMTC, some by several men, before she married Steve. And, to be honest, which SP is not!, she only spent 5 years with us, not decades.
Scott, like Hill, zeros in on the children being punished. Yep! This was truly a CULT! If one checks the records in Sacramento, 1982-1989, you will not find a single police report, CYFD report, medical report that backs up what these 2 authors write. We do mention in our writings that twice the CYFD of California paid us a visit to check upon the children. Outside enemies called them and reported “abuse”. But they came & went – no “Abuse”. This also happened in Oregon – the State police came & checked the children out – no “abuse”! So, all this BS about Maura SEEING children being “punished” is a lie. Of course these lying women (X-ACMTC officers) hated Gen. Deborah, so lying about her came natural.
“(Maura) suppressed this last observation most thoroughly of all. Because if Deborah was not God’s General, then what had Maura been doing for the last 20 years!” Wow! 20 years! Maura admits in her court filings, to the media, to Hill that she only spent 5 years in ACMTC. So, why does our author LIE about this? Since he LIES about this time-line, can we trust what he writes at all???
Exhausted Irony
ACMTC compound. The late 1980s
“The ostracism (banishment) came for reasons Maura describes, years later, with a kind of exhausted irony: she had not BEATEN (my emph.) her children firmly enough…” Well, now, Scott repeats the BIG LIE about poor confused Maura (captain) having to BEAT her children. Which ones? No name is given. You want facts or fiction? Well, I prefer facts. Allow me a minute to remind Scott Parrish et al. what is found & not found in Maura’s original declaration put in the court record, No.501147, Superior Court of CA County of Sacto., 1988. I have the original 25-page transcript right before me (lawsuit for 20 Million $$).
Maura complains, cries, lies from page 1-25! She mentions her children: “I was tormented with thoughts of never seeing my children again…” (p. 24) She continues: “… for a total of nine months they were separated from me…” Big Lie! Other places in this doc she admits living with her son & other children, being in the same house with Iantha (19 years old), eating in our mess hall with members – all while telling the media that she was LOCKED UP in a dirty, cold shed for 6 months! (see PX2 Files for proof). What is missing in this doc is “child abuse”. Why didn’t Maura tell the court that she was MADE to BEAT her children? Because she was never told to do so by me or Deborah. Neither did she tell the media in those early days that children were BEATEN. When she started to tell this BIG LIE was years later, on the Dr. Phil show (see the full show, posted), It was her & Iantha (also backslidden by then. Her hubby found her in adultery as was Maura found in adultery). Both of these X-officers lied to millions of people that we forced them to “beat the babies!”
Back to Ostracism
But Maura has said for literally decades that we held her CAPTIVE! Yep! Locked up like a dog in a shed. But ostracism means being banned or put out. The way Scott Parrish uses it, “it did not mean expulsion – not immediately” he writes. This whole idea of ostracism, we call it by a Biblical name, SP writes “was a precisely calibrated instrument of control.” Control – that 7-letter word that all cult bashers use.Well, to be “Biblically correct” the Bible has plenty to say about sinning members & how to deal with them (see other articles). Paul went so far as to turn one Church member over to Satan (see 1 Cor. 5:5) Read the reason why –
Scott continues his false narrative on dealing with Maura: “The group has been your entire social world for years, possibly decades…” Years”? “Decades”? How about 5 years?
Truth at Last!
“She was eventually exiled. Told to leave the compound, to go back into the world… the exile was delivered as punishment…” Read our PX2 Files to clarify their “exiled” saga. I personally counseled Maura to go & get a job, seeing that her marriage had been dissolved. (read one of her handwritten letters to me where she says she did as I asked her to do – not “commanded her to do.” All this is dealt with in our PX2 Files.
Been in a Cage!
“She had been in a cage. The cage was gone…” of course Scott is not saying she was locked up in a cage/shed as Maura for decades has told all she had been. (End of chapter 6).
So far our author has not mentioned the dirty, dark, depressing shed that Deborah supposedly locked Maura up into & fed her 6 stale peanut butter sandwiches a day for 10 weeks (other times = 6 months). Why? All newspaper outlets/T.V. docs go into this story. Why has Scott Parrish left it out? Could it be that he knew it was a BIG LIE?
Scott begins chapter 7 with deliverance. This “casting out devils” theme is in every article/doc made. I’ve got plenty of Biblical proof on this subject, so I’ll limit my time on all the details he writes about. (You might want to listen to a testimony of J.S., a homosexual who got his demons cast out at Ft. Freedom: listen to what he says at AggressiveChristianity.Net). This author goes from deliverance back to the children.
WHY does he keep bringing up the children, seeing no abuse has been verified by medical/police/etc.? He writes: “… what happened to the children of ACMTC, because the court record does not permit softening & the children who SURVIVED (my emph.) it does not deserve it.”
Well, now, what about all our children at Ft. Freedom, our next H.Q. in Oregon, then at Berino, N.M.? What about all these? No abuse found! No police record, no jail time, nothing. Yet Scott puts all the children into one BIG lump: “They were BEATEN (my emph.) from infancy.” Does he have an ounce of proof? He continues: “Deborah preached that children should be BEATEN (my emph.) regardless of their age.” Well, please give your readers proof of that statement. At least Hill quotes from our writings/videos/CDs/DVDs. Not all the time but a lot. He calls names too. I’m yet to read a name, infant, young child, adult – no name except Gen. Deborah & Gen. Jim – the child BEATERS!!!
I feel like our author has watched too many “Crime /Investigate” stories, read too many books on cults etc. Some people who pretend to be oh, so concerned over children are child molesters / porn addicts themselves. I’m not saying our author is “one”, but he sure has an infatuation here with our children. As those court records he mentions, it has been proved that all those child abuse charges were made up! Yep! Made up! So, he is knowingly printing lies.
“Babies were hit. Toddlers were hit. School-age children were hit.” Proof please! We have our proof that none of this happened (see our PX3 Files under the FBI/children). He goes crazy with this “hitting” genre. He continues, “Sarah Green was hit. The children raised inside ACMTC were hit. The children of Maura Aluzas were hit, every child who grew up inside the compound was hit, because the theology demanded it & the Generals enforced it…”
Let’s see now, under his “The Children” I find the words “beaten” (twice), “hit” 7 times & the word “injury” once. One wonders if our author was abused as a child, seeing he is beside himself in reporting abuses (that never happened)?
Not yet finished with his imaginary “abuse” genre, our author brings up a case-in-point, “in testimony submitted during the 2018 trial (of Deborah), described watching a child being punished for crying…” Who gave this testimony? Who was this child. Names please. We know now that all those testimonies by X-ACMTC members were mere lies. When the time came for Deborah’s 2nd trial – for release after 4 1/2 years in prison – not one of these “witnesses” showed their faces! Not one! I believe they didn’t show up for the second trial because they knew their accusations were lies and she had a very well-known defense attorney team who would see right through them!
I think our author needs inner healing. Could be he was molested/abused as a child.
The Celibacy Lie
“ACMTC, despite preaching celibacy as a spiritual ideal, needed to grow.” Other authors/journalists have come up with the celibacy BS. So, the copy cat that our author is, he joins in with we preach celibacy. Proof please. Our befuddled & lying author rants on & on through chapter 7.
The Word Outside Didn’t Come
He begins chapter 8 with, “There is a particular kind of anger that comes from reading the institutional history of ACMTC…” Well, depends on WHO writes it. Just about everything said has been debunked by facts from our side. I agree that true human abuse is disturbing. But I also agree that those who make up falsehoods/lies are disturbing as well. Why do these authors keep spreading lies as truths? Even their “child prize”, Miracle Green (aka Trinity) has admitted she lied about both me & Deborah – lied to the law enforcement, the DAs, and the court. She now admits that Gen. Deborah & Lt. Col. Peter never touched her, let alone raped her, beat her, starved her. Even “Queen of lies” Maura has admitted she lied about her captivity at Ft. Freedom. She is yet to admit her adultery.
Chapter 9, “When Doubt Becomes Survival”, our author goes off the deep end in describing Sarah’s attitudes & misgivings about living with us at Fence Lake. He plays psychologist & psychiatrist using psychoanalysis/psychobiology with lots of psychodrama thrown in the mix. His psychological-moment had come. You can read it for yourself. But he warned, what he writes in not what actually happened. Oh, the “run away” part is real. Sarah had committed adultery. This sin was in the making for several years. At Berino, she had struck up an all-too-friendly relationship with a man that we dealt with in another small town. She flirted and even confessed to us that she wished she could have his baby! She already had 2 beautiful boys, and a dedicated husband. Anyway, our author goes on & on with his analyzation of the man from New Zealand, Sarah, & all of us in camp.
Hill in Oracle’s Daughter writes about all this as well as other articles/docs.
Betrayed!
Scott goes on & on about Sarah’s plan to run away with her new lover. (note: this man, after Sarah dumped him, wrote Deborah & repented for what he had done. He & Deborah conversed off and on over several years via the phone – the phone that we supposedly never had in camp according to our author. But don’t sweat the small stuff!).
“She had not told anyone what she was planning.” This at least is true. “Telling anyone was the most dangerous thing she could do” says our author. “It produced PUNISHMENT!, ISOLATION,…” And, just what was the punishment for ESCAPING the ACMTC compound? Scott goes on & on with this “secret” plan to leave. Well, at least so far, he doesn’t say that the two scaled a rock wall as Hill told the Cut.
The Children
He writes: “We cannot move past this section without dwelling on the specific HORROR (my emph.) of what leaving meant for Sarah in terms of her children…” Yeah, right. Some HORROR, slipping out in the middle of the night with a man who was not her husband, while the children slept. Again, our author takes us thru a dark LABYRINTH of intrigue. Besides the 2 boys, she left behind her adopted child from Africa. Our author finally uses the “E” word, “escape”. He writes: “She understands that a failed ESCAPE attempt, with children in tow, would have resulted in PUNISHMENT so SEVERE that future ESCAPE would have been impossible…” We’re waiting for Mr. Parrish to tell us what kind of punishments would ESCAPEES receive. [note: I use all caps for emphasis of intensity. From here on I’ll use caps that our author does not use]. Well, Sarah & Anthony left together, leaving us all behind.
Page after page is written about Sarah’s saga, her trauma-drama. He writes, “The full account of the ESCAPE itself belongs to chapter 11.”
The Death That Changed Everything (cpt. 10)
Since I’ve written on this already (see PX5 Files under, “concerning the Death of Enoch Miller,” 5/16/26) I will pass over our authors comments. Of course he writes his own account of what happened to Enoch Miller. But I can’t pass up his evaluation of how we handle things when it comes to things like sickness (which was rare among us. The flu that took EM’s life took thousands of lives that same year!)
“The compound contained evidence of SYSTEMIC CHILD ABUSE of a SEVERITY & DURATION…” If he draws from court records/law enforcement et al., we know they lied about all this SCA. No medical record (beside that of Enoch’s) substantiates what he writes. There was never SCA in ACMTC. Period! Many had the same flu (as I did) when Enoch died (see my article). But for him to claim we abuse children is a lie from Hell!
Copy-Cat-Scott
When he describes Deborah’s arrest he writes word-for-word what others have written beforehand: (Deborah) was “a small & frail elderly woman-gaunt, bespectacled,…” My, my, my, a real criminal!
Arrest & imprisonment is something we both taught/preached about for years. Jesus Himself was an “Outlaw”, arrested, put to death! Most all the authors of the N.T. faced/endured such treatment. It came as no surprise when we were raided (Aug. 20, 2017). Our author acts like “The General was not invincible. The General was not above the law…it was the beginning of the end of one.” Really? Deborah was found NOT GUILTY, released & she continues with missions today. We all have entered into “New Horizons” in God. We’ve lost no members by “escaping” since that glorious day. However we’ve lost 2 by death (elder ones).
The Center Was Gone!
Our author writes as if ACMTC dissolved that day. NO! We all knew this was gonna happen, for 2 days earlier, at communion, the Spriit spoke to us and told us that there was a plot in the making to destroy us, but we would NOT BE DESTROYED! That Word came true: the machination was launched Aug. 20th, 2017; we are not destroyed.
The Escape & the Aftermath
Our misinformed author returns to his favorite theme: Sarah’s “Night Run”. He writes, “The gate was 60 feet away…” Gate? There was no gate, no rock wall as Hill told the Cut. There was a cable only. He spends alot of time – again – on Sarah leaving. All he writes is basically his imagination/speculation. He was not there to witness anything – nothing at all!
Again, pages later, our misinformed author writes, “… the physical act of opening a gate…” No gate, sorry about that Mr. Parrish. He continues with, “The gate swung open… she pulled the gate closed…” again, totally made up. Once again, “She looked back once. Not at the gate, not at the fence…” Our author acts like the “fence” was put up to keep ACMTC members prisoners. Well, our camp was in the outdoors. Everyone in NM has fences around their properties. Duh! Does he consider everyone to be a CULTIST?
He spends hours (no doubt) in writing a fiction story that will keep his readers spell-bound. How stupid! At the end – finally! – of his Sarah trama-drama, he writes: “Sarah Green, who had been born into a cult & raised in a compound in the NM desert…” Many things wrong with this statement. First, Sarah was born in Ky., where we spent 5 years in a Pentecostal Church (later doing time in Mexico). Then we went back to Montana, staying a year. From there we went all the way thru Central America (by truck), took a boat to S. America, ended up at Miami, Fla. Salvation Army H.Q. where we got jobs. From there back to Calif. where we stated FLM/ACMTC. in 1982/1983-1989. From there to Oregon for several years, then to Berino, N.M. to Fence Lake, N.M. To say Sarah was born in a “cult” is false. She actually was never raised in Fence Lake as our misinformed author so adamantly reports.
The Trial of Gen. Deborah (cpt. 12)
Since I was in prison at this time I can’t give much imput to her trial. Those faithful members were present. They say it was like a zoo! X-members were said to have told lie after lie. I’ve read some of the transcript myself. The charges were mainly centered upon the SYSTEMATIC ABUSE of the children. You mean the SA that was MANUFACTURED? Yep! The very same “ABUSE” that the State of NM (medical/psychological) later presented to the court, which had been hidden by the State that could have freed Deborah from the very beginning. We have this evidence posted.
The Survivors?
Our misinformed & libelous author speaks about “survivors” as if this were true. He says, “To testify about abuse that occurred inside a system that had been your entire world, in a public forum, … is something that requires a kind of courage with no adequate name.” No! you are 100 percent wrong. It wasn’t courage, it was sheer HATRED for Gen. Deborah & what she stood for. Stop making it sound like a Hero’s courage.
May I ask Mr. “know-it-all”, after the truth finally came out 4 1/2 years later, WHY didn’t any of the “witnesses” get charged for perjury? They
ALL lied under oath!!! concerning the ABUSE of the children (E.M. was a different situation). Parrish writes: “They testified anyway. One after another, they stood & described what they had witnessed & experienced…” One female (Black / E. Indian) told the law enforcement that she saw Col. Phil. molest his own daughter. She WITNESSED it! But when she was told to stand where she was this incest taking place, the authorities said it was impossible to see from where she stood (in the large building). So, what happened to this BIG BLATANT LIAR? Nothing! Nothing happened to any of these BIG LIARS.
More Beatings?
As the trial continued our author brings up a female x-member (no name) he writes: “She described BEATINGS. She described hunger. She described ceremonies… as ABUSE. She described watching other children subjected to the same…” We know who this child was & is: Miracle Green, yep, little liar on the stand saying these things UNDER OATH! The “other children” she mentions are the very children the FBI interviewed (see PX3 Files under:

72 Year Sentence!
Yep! 72 years in prison for things Deborah was not guilty of. Our author writes that in April 2025 the 72 year sentence was restored. Lie!
After the Gate (cpt. 13)
Mr. “FACTS” begins this chapter with, “The people who left ACMTC – those who ESCAPED, those who were EXILED, those who left in the chaos following Deborah’s arrest – entered the outside world…” Mr. “Facts” has his facts wrong. Not a single person escaped/exiled/left ACMTC after Aug. 20, 2017. Not one! This guy is so determined to see us destroyed he writes it as though it has happened. All those 11 kids are now grown, some in their teens, others in their 20’s. Several of the girls that were interviewed by the FBI are now, as I write, putting up their own web page / internet called “Young Women’s Salvation Movement.” It will be public by the time this article is posted.

There is no doubt in my mind that our misinformed/disinformed author got alot of his “insight” on cults from various literature. Since he never knew personally anything about us, he just puts things together like a puzzle – making the pieces fit nicely together – POP! a horror story!!!
I’ve read enough material on cults/religions etc. to know as much or more than Mr. Parrish. After all, I am 81 years old (well, 81 young!), been around long enough to smell liars & deceivers. They have a certain STINK about them. First and foremost, they don’t give a hoot about truth (from our side), they care about a story that will bring tears to your eyes or redness to the face in anger – or both. Yep, welcome to the world of “Kill-the-Cult” cult.
Our “K-T-C” author can’t stop talking about those poor ACMTC “victims” that were so ABUSED that getting their lives together post ACMTS is nearly impossible. Poor babies! Does he ever challenge what they’ve told him? No! This would muddle up the narrative – the Greens are ABUSIVE & HATEFUL. His “survivors” supply the lies/half-truths & he puts the story together as deeply researched, gripping, propulsive, fascinating, extremism at its best-ACMTC. It sells! Well, our author is just a “little man” trying to play the role of “Big Man”.
Poor, Poor Maura
He pretty much ends his K.T.C. hit piece with those who ESCAPED & are trying to get their lives together. Maura, the BIG Fat LIAR she is still boo-hooing over her BAD TRIP she experienced while spending 5 years inside ACMTC – not decades as Mr. “Facts” claims. “What does healing look like, when what needs to be healed is the comprehensive formation of a self inside a system designed to prevent self-formation?” This comes right out of one of his many sources on cults. Just what does he mean? We dismissed Maura from her Captain position in 1987. Now do the math – 1987-2026. How long will this crybaby complain over her “mistreatment” that she inflicted on herself – not us! (see PX2 Files). If she really had “peace” / “healing” she would not be spitting “demon semen” in Mr. “Facts” ears. In fact, she could be honest & say that the ABUSE was her own doing. I guess she forgets that I still have her handwritten letters where she does tell the truth-of-the-matter. (see PX2 Files). Let me just remind her what she wrote, not forced to write, but what she wrote / under conviction:

This last letter to us was written in July of 1987 (13th). This was pretty much a true confession. But after attorney Rober (Bob) Blasier got ahold of her, he talked her into a 20 million dollar law suit against us. We all here believe that Maura could have come back & been reunited with all of us. We did not want to see her as an enemy but as a member. Well, we all know the story. So, I ask, has Maura really found “peace” & “joy” as a backslidder? She didn’t leave us, she left the Savior that saved her from damnation.
The Cult Next Door (cpt. 14)
“The story of Deborah Green & the ACMTC is, on its surface, an extreme one” our author writes. Extreme? Yep! She sure is. But not the way our “character assassin” has it. “A paramilitary religious compound…” Does he mean “armed”? If he means this he is wrong. (see my articles dealing with this issue). “A self-proclaimed general who BEAT children & trafficked infants…” Both of these have been debunked! The “BEATINGS” never happened – where is his medical / law enforcement proof? And where are the other “infants” (Pl.) she trafficked? Need proof Mr. “Facts”.
How?
Our author asks, “How did Deborah Green get away with this?” With what Mr. “Facts”? He says, after giving us a history lesson on cults/religions (several pages), “The vulnerability to cult recruitment is not a character flaw.” He claims that “the conditions that make individuals susceptible to totalists communities are not individual pathologies. They are social conditions.” As stated, we were first a house church called Free Love Ministries. Then we presented our group with “Taking Jesus to All the World”, hence, the need to be extreme/dedicated/consecrated, separated. We presented ACMTC to our faithful people. They could choose to be radical/aggreessive for winning souls worldwide or leaving. We were 100% open in our upcoming endeavor, our earnest effort to form up a spiritual army (without guns). There was no deceit. You will or you won’t. We wanted – God wanted – to go above & beyond the Church la la land mentality. People like our author can not understand the service of the Lord. Does the Bible teach Spiritual Warfare or not? Does the Bible require extreme demands on the disciples of Christ?
What kind of military would the U.S. have if all soldiers did what wanted to do? Even within their ranks there are those extreme soldiers willing to be trained for “special ops”, unlike the average soldier. The same holds true in God’s army. Do we hear an outcry over the extreme ways & means the Army recruits/trains/sends? Ranger / Green Beret / Navy Seal etc., all extreme.
The Claim
Our scared as a rabbit author says, “The appeal of leaders who claim absolute authority & divine mandate…” Why would anyone be afraid of one in authority & have divine mandate? He, of course, is pointing his finger at Deborah, who DOES have both. Not the way he wants his readers to believe, but there is such a thing as both divine authority & divine mandate. But he doesn’t know this. He is a man of the world.
To be sure of what I just said, go to a concordance of the Bible & look up the word “authority”. It is mentioned 33 times (O.T./N.T.) “A” is used in various ways – human & divine. Paul, in 1 Cor. 10:8 wrote: “For even if I should boast somewhat more about our AUTHORITY, which the Lord gave us for edification (i.e. to build up – like an army!) & not for your destruction, I shall not be ashamed.” Paul uses the word “us”, not just himself. And, do you think AUTHORITY was limited only to the first century Christians?
Authority: Greek, exischuō = to have full strength, i.e. be entirely competent, be able; from ischuō, to have (or exercise) force (lit. or fig.), be able, avail, might, strength, power etc.
In 1 Tim. 2:2 Paul writes about all men who are in authority. Why do we accept the “authority” of men/women in the world & not accept men/women in Christianity?
Titus 2:5 reads: “These things speak, & exhort, & rebuke with ALL AUTHORITY. Let no man despise thee.” The Greek word for “A” here is expitagē = authoritative, commandment, command, order. Yep!, like a military commander! Oh, no!
Do you mean to tell me that God gives His ministers the right to speak/exhort/rebuke with ALL AUTHORITY??? Now, don’t get me wrong here. Not every minister is under God’s authority. Our critic lets us know this. But who is he to judge who is & who isn’t under God’s authority? Oh, yeah, I forgot, Deborah is “self-appointed”. But what if she was/is under His authority? What then? Was Paul under His authority when he turned a sinning member (male accused of incest) over to Satan (1 Cor. 5:5)? Have we gone that far? No! We speak/exhort/rebuke so as to guide the troops into the right paths of life. During the Vietnam War, one thing the troops had to always watch for was booby traps. One could lose life or limb if not careful. The same holds true for our warfare in the Spirit.
It is obvious that Paul & Titus were qualified to act with full authority, act as a commander over God’s people. “But you & Deborah are false commanders” our critics say. Well, only God knows this. But the point is, if there are true anointed & appointed leaders, there must be false ones as well. Why doesn’t our critic author describe what a TRUE leader is. We’re waiting.
Matthew 7:29 says that Jesus (the man) taught with authority. Since His message was from His Father & His commission was apostolic, are we to believe that His ministers are without authority?
Drives Them Crazy!!!
After reading Hill’s Oracle’s Daughter & Inside The Deborah Green Cult by Scott v. Parrish, I am convinced that they know she is not all they project her to be. I’m not convinced that they, in their hearts, believe she did all the things they write, too many contradictions. Hill says we had phones; Parrish says we didn’t. These two contradict one another all thru their books. Both say things even the authorities don’t say. Both leave out the FBI interviews with our kids. Why? It would BLOW their genre ALL-TO-HELL!!!
We Are Not Alone
By this I mean, many Church leaders are being exposed (usually for sexual misconduct & especially for $$ issues). False doctrine doesn’t fit so much into the “cult” issue. But there are doctrinal issues that are causing BIG problems. But the issues of abuse/money et al. are in the spotlight always.
In our case child abuse, even adult abuse has been debunked. For example Mr. “Facts” stated in cpt. 7 – Deliverance – that infants were beaten. No arrest! all children were beaten. No arrest! Babies were HIT (his words), school kids were HIT, our daughter (Sarah) was HIT, Maura Aluzas’ children were HIT… No arrest! Not a single one of these were HIT – all made up by Mr. “Facts”.
The Gate – Once Again
Pretty close to the end of his book he brings up the “gate” again “… Sarah Green, walking out of a gate in the dark…” A “gate” that did not exist when Sarah was with us.

We’ve reached chapter 15 – “What Became of the General?” Our author writes: “Jim Green, Deborah’s husband & ACMTC’s co-founder…” We’ve been brainwashed all thru this book that Gen. Deborah started the ACMTC cult. Sarah told the Guardian that her mom was the cult leader. Other times she claimed we both started it. (Crime + Investigation_ Simon & Schuster books says “The rise & fall of a woman-led cult.” There are literally dozens of articles written about ACMTC – all claim Deborah as either founder or supreme leader. At the very end of his book he writes:
“This book ends not with the General (Deborah) but with the gate. Not with the woman who LOCKED it but with the woman who walked through it…”
He finally ends with, “… a woman walked out of a gate, & the world did not end, she did not go to hell…” 3 things wrong here:
1 – no gate to walk out of;
2 – we never taught that the world would end if someone left;
3 – we never taught that if someone left ACMTC they would go to HELL! What we’ve always taught is HELL awaits those who become apostates. Apostasy means to leave the Christian faith forever – never to return. This is Scriptural, hence, we teach it. To apostatize is a reality as Hell is a reality. This reality is for me & Deborah as well.
