By: Gen. Jim – 10/2/25

According to the New World Dictionary of American English, “nemesis” is “anyone or anything which seems to be the inevitable cause of someone’s downfall or defeat.” In mythology it was the goddess of retributive justice, or vengeance.” This pretty much describes Pete Baca (b. 1944 – d. Jan. 25, 2023). This evil “agent” helped in the persecution, prosecution & prison time for both myself and Deborah, mostly her. Deborah spent 4 1/2 years in Grants N.M. women’s prison on made up charges by the State of N.M. (you can read her charges & finally dismissal of those charges on our Aggressive Christianity site, front page at top). Agent Baca died Jan. 25, 2023: Deborah was released January 28, 2022.
Mr. Pete Baca (PB) got to see one of his “prize” convicts get released before his passing. We know that all those responsible for putting us (especially my wife) behind bars are really pissed! As already shown in our PX3 Files (on AggressiveChristians.com), P.B. stated under oath that he / the State wanted us (ACMTC) OUT of N.M.!!! We still ask, “where is our “freedom to practice our religion?”, which happens to be Biblical Christianity. (read my articles under “General Jim’s articles on Truth vs. Lies” – PX3 Files). With this said, let me give my/our readers insight into the life of Special Agent Pete Baca: (this comes from our attorney, R.D. Lohbeck, when he interviewed P.B., Aug. 29, 2018, recorded by Paul Baca, professional court reporter, ALBQ., N.M. This report is 130 pages, under the title, Green/River cases).
We Start Now
On p.2, under examination (by attorney):
Q. Okay, we’re here for an interview at the DA’s office. What is this, Aug. 29, 2018, in the State vs. Deborah Green case. My name is Robert Lohbeck. I’m defense counsel, & the witness today, a gentleman by the name of Pete Baca, correct?
A. Correct, sir.
Q. Okay, And as I understand it, you are retired from N.M. State Police since 2005?
A. I retired from the N.M. Dept. of Public Safety Special Investigation Division; the N.M. Dept. of P.S. has different divisions. One is the N.M. State Police; they’re in uniform, and the other one is the Special Invest. Div. I was in SID.
Baca continues:
A. “I was a senior special agent, sir… I retired as a lieutenant.
The interview continues (p.3):
Q. What year did you get out of a police academy?
A. It’s the day of March 1987.
(note: we were going to African nations & India in that year, establishing an “army of God” with success, I might add!)
The interview cont. (p.4):
Baca: My career in law began approx. in 1974 (note: we were doing mission work in old Mexico in that year)
Interview cont. (p.5):
Baca: I was in sheriff’s dept. for 2 years with the Santa Rose P.D. as a criminal investigator… I was later hired by the Alcohol Beverage Control as an agent in 1986 & 198- I was stationed in Toas. N.M.
Baca cont. (p.6): … They brought me into ABQ. because at that time they, Gov. Caruthers, started the N.M. Dept. of – Dept. of Public Safety & it became the Special Invest. Div… I was promoted to a senior special agent & assigned to the government’s commission against organized crime. I was there for approx. 7 1/2 years.
Cont. p.7:
Q. what did you investigate? … the mafia in N.M.?
A. Yes, I did.
Q. Any prosecutions… from any of your investigation into the mafia?
A. No, sir.
The interview continues, p.8,9: it all talks about crime/mafia orgs. Page 10,11,12.
Page 13: Baca continues: We looked at prison gangs.
Q. The Black Panthers?
A. the BP were never – well, they were another associated with – they – I’m talking prison gangs.
Pp.14-19 is still talking about gangs & drugs.
Finally, we come to page 20. Baca says, “While I was with the crime commission that’s when I started looking at the ACMTC.”
Q. And what year was that?
A. I was with the crime comm. – from 1988-1993. I don’t remember exactly when I started looking at them.
(note: 1988 is when we were hit with the $20 M. lawsuit in Sacto., CA. This is the year the State of CA & the whole U.S.A. heard about us – BAD news spreads FAST, especially if it is Christian/Church related. We had moved to Berino, N.M., set up camp & were teaching/preaching/traveling in 1993. The moment N.M. found out we were in their (liberal/God-hating) state, police presence was always in our area, on our property. The El Paso, TX & Las Cruces, N.M. T.V./newspaper tried & tried to get interviews. We refused, so they made up their own stories. This is when the Sheriffs Dept. watched us & stalked us!
This is where we first met S.A. Pete Baca – he & other police came in (hostile), even brought with them a Border Patrol agent. He ORDERED all of us (that were present that day) to lie on the floor, face down, demanding IDs etc. They searched our large H.Q. (converted 1908 schoolhouse), found nothing but a female (over 18 who had been visiting us, she was on her way to a “Rainbow” gathering.) She was rather nice looking, so Mr. Baca took her with him to deprogram her! Yeah, right! We later heard he took her to a secluded place (had sex with her?). We’re not sure. What we are sure of is that he literally kidnapped her! She wanted to stay with us, but he would not allow this.
We had many people (male/female) visit this “cult” (that would like to be part of us!!!). We led some to the Lord. Some even joined. Some are still with us. So, Mr. P.B. was not just a police but a “deprogrammer” as well. He liked to get in the faces of our females. They called him “dirty old man”.
Still on p.20:
Lohbeck tells Baca, “I’ve seen some documents that have your name on it from 1998. (we were all living at Fence Lake by then (but we still had Berino mission).
[note: I’ll start using “L” for attorney “B” for Baca]
B. yes, sir, that’s correct.
L. I haven’t seen any before that.
B. Well, I – I do, I have one for 1997.
L. Okay. What do you have?
B. If you’ll give me just a second here.
P.21: cont. with small talk about notes.
P.22: cont. talks about the State Discovery 1283 thru 1290.
P.23 brings up our name again:
L. Okay. And so you said you started looking into the ACMTC sometime in the ‘90s. You think it was sometime between ‘93 & ‘98, & I think you maybe have narrowed that down to maybe around –
B. ‘93.
P.24:
L. – around ‘87 or ‘97?
This page talks about info/intelligence
P.25:
L. Regarding – regarding ACMTC?
B. No. No, about the Heaven’s Gate… This group was a suicide cult that lit. took their own lives. I wrote about them already in one of those articles posted. As stated, P.B. thought Gen. Deborah was their leader (as p.36 states)
Lohbeck: Did this group, H.G., did they have a leader or –
Baca: Well, they had one leader & she controlled her husband.
Lohbeck: What was her name?
Baca: Deborah Green also known as – by another name.
Back to p.25:
B. But they – they – they found them all – they all committed suicide.
P.26:
B. Yeah, they all committed suicide in San Diego.
Ok, I’ll stop here. You can see just how crazy people in authority can be. We were supposed to have killed ourselves before the State of N.M. ran a week-long T.V. Blitz on “Doomsday Cult” (that would be us!; see posted article on this).
Q. How could we still be alive in 1999 (when week-long anti ACMTC T.V. special was alarming the N.M. good people that we were going to die at the stroke of 12!, Dec. 1999 – Jan. 1, 2000)?
You can see how innocent people (religious or not) can be demonized, maybe even murdered (like Waco!).
Well, folks, we are still alive. True, we spent time in prison (where we were “marked” for “elimination”). We are still serving the God who saved us in 1971. We are still witnessing about His love & forgiveness.
Thank you Jesus!
