By: Gen. Jim – 7/26/25

So far we’ve been made to believe that Miracle was basically Deborah’s Black slave! According to her, she did nearly all the work in camp – she prepared/cooked all meals, kept all living quarters clean & neat, she did all the garden planting, caretaking & harvesting, she mowed the lawns, etc., etc. All this done while either on crutches or in a wheelchair. Wondergirl!!
Lets go back to the partial transcript of court proceedings (19th day of Sept., 2018, before the Honorable James L. Sanchez, Div. 2, Judge of the 13th Judicial Dist., State of N.M.).
Page 1: The plaintiff, State of N.M., appeared in person & by Counsel of Record, Mandana Shoushtari & Brandon Vigil, Assistant Dist. Attorneys, Grants, N.M.
The defendant, Deborah Green (aka Gen. D.G.), appeared in person & by Counsel of Record, Robert Lohbeck & Jason Wheeler… ABQ. N.M.
First witness called was Miracle Green (M.G.) So began the machination to destroy God’s Holy Nation! [Machination: an artful or secret plot or scheme, esp. one with EVIL intent]
In part 3, I want to call your attention to page 34 where the opposing attorney asked M.G. about her age when she had her first surgery in Mexico:
M.G., “My surgery left me in a condition where I wasn’t able to get out of bed… I was bedridden for a very long time.”
Hold that thought.
Miracle had previously told the court that she slept on the floor, not in a bed. Remember? And, WHO did all her work while she was bedridden?
Attorney (A) asked, “Why did you get a surgery?”
M.G., “Deborah was aware that my leg condition was increasingly getting worse… she decided to take me to Mexico…”
We both researched for a place where this kind of surgery was performed. Since we had our Mission at Berino, N.M. (on the border of TX, Texas bordering Mexico, it wasn’t too far at all. We were doing Mission work among the poor in Mexico for years (1992-).
Hold this thought also. We’ve been accused by the State et al. that we never allow anyone to go for medical help. This is printed and said in Media Outlets etc. But here M.G. says it was Deborah’s decision to take her for help. Where is the media in all this?
M.G., “… I woke up, I had metal rods that come, went through my bone in my leg… There was about 5 or 6 holes in each leg…”
The doctor had done these leg operations before, this is why we ended up in Mexico.
M.G., “The operation to get them put in, & then about 6 months or so, I went back to have them taken out”
So, according to M.G. she was bedridden for 6 or more months!
Hold this thought.
You recall where she said in court, under oath, that she was never served, only served others. Well, dear Miracle, who served you all those months while in bed (not on the floor!)? Who bathed you? Who brought your meals? Who literally waited on you hand & foot? Was one of those “servants” Deborah? Was one of those me?… others? Lets hear how she answers:
M.G., “… I wasn’t able to walk. So I could only have sponge baths, which means someone had to take their time to actually help clean me because I wasn’t able to do anything for myself at the time.” At least she told the truth here.
Notice, the attorney did not ask Miracle if Deborah was her main caregiver. And Miracle did not even acknowledge it. Shows us just how much HATRED the court & the plaintiff had (has) for Deborah. Instead of asking who helped her, the attorney quickly resorted back to the previous conversation about Deborah’s sexual abuse (pages of it). Take note:
A, “Once you no longer took baths in the bathroom, did the sexual abuse stop?”
M.G., “Yes.”
I’m sure the attorney was hoping for a “no!”, since the whole plot was to HANG Deborah on sexual child abuse (which they finally did!)
Miracle continues talking about her story at camp:
M.G., “I spent every day in this hospital bed…”
That bed was an expensive bed that could be raised up & down. I’m surprised Miracle even acknowledged that she had a nice bed, seeing MEAN ol’ Deborah made her sleep on the floor previous to this event. Miracle just had to take another swipe at my wife:
M.G., “It stayed… in the living room where I had once slept on the floor…” which was not true; she slept on a pull out couch.
Finally, on page 37, Miracle had to admit that Deborah would clean her wounds. But even in her admission, she says that her wounds were cleaned “maybe every other week,” which was another lie. Deborah once worked in a large medical center (Sacto., CA), she knew how things were done and she cleaned Miracle’s wounds and changed the bandages daily. Besides, we traveled the world & we saw horrible things (physically) & helped in some cases. This was all part of our missions training.
The Court’s Examination
After Miracle describes her legs ordeal – Deborah hardly ever cleaned her wounds stuff, the attorney wanted the court to see the scars. Page 39 talks about this. They act like Miracle was the only one to ever have scars after an operation. Of course all this “trauma drama” was done for the benefit of the jury so as to believe my wife was heartless. On the contrary, Deborah nursed many of our own people through the years. Even when we were sinners (late 60s, early 70s, Deborah (then known as Lila) she took care of people in the Bear Tribe (where we met). When she & I took off together for Montana (1970), while I was cutting wood, I cut open my hand. We were nowhere near a hospital or clinic, so she sewed up my open gash. It healed real nice. And when her brother and I were running a trap line he received a deep cut on one of his fingers. It was hanging. We finally made it back to our cabin & she sewed his finger together. It also healed up real nice.
Back to Sexual Abuse
These sick people just can’t leave this SA alone. After the “show us your scars” trauma:
Attorney Vigil, “I’m going to back up just a little bit. And I apologize if you may have touched on this… when the defendant was sexually abusing you (as if true!), would she also physically abuse you… would she hit you?” (p.39)
This question was meant to incite Miracle into giving more “details” about how SADISTIC Deborah was. The picture the attorney wanted to paint for the jury/Judge, was one of mental/satanic sickness.
(note: while I was still serving my 5 year, 9 months, I heard that both M. Shoushtari (female) & B. Vigil (male) were caught in a sexual affair. I remember that she was rather nice looking as he was also. They both got fired after all this B.S. came to light as BIG FAT LIE!)
After B.V. asked about physical abuse, Deborah’s attorney objected. The judge overruled & the sick attorney continued.
Listen to this: M.G., “… I do remember after she would finish inserting the screwdriver, sticks or her hands, she would push me into the tub from time to time & slap me…”
Really now! Thank God for the State’s examination on Miracle. Allow me to present this (found on our main web site AG. Net (front pg.) found under “General Deborah Found Not Guilty & Released”: This finding came after Deborah was convicted/sentenced/serving 4 1/2 years in the Grants, N.M. Women’s prison. You can read the “factual background” (all felonies).
Following this read this: “Since trial, counsel for Mrs. Green has uncovered, or been alerted to, the existence of exculpatory evidence not previously disclosed by the State.” In short, they HID evidence that proved D.G. was not guilty!
Following this statement we read that a psychological assessment of M.G. was performed by Dr. Carol Larroque. Her finding showed “… NO signs psychologically of being traumatized or depressed & denied abuse…”
“A second SANE exam of M.G. during this exam, M.G. received an examination in her genital area. The SANE exam uncovered NO signs of sexual abuse.”
The report goes on to prove that M.G. was never abused by my wife in any manner. However, the report says, she was abused during her stay with a foster family. In short, the man molested Miracle; Deborah did not.
Hold that thought: Not Guilty:
After the conspiracy to destroy Deborah, by the State & Miracle conspiring together, the issue of getting her leg broken follows, pp.41-55.
This shows AGAIN that we did not deny medical attention when needed. It was at the ABQ Med Center that the CYFD showed up to question M.G. Miracle, on p.55, says that the CYFD worker asked her about her life in the “compound”, was she ever hit? Of course this is exactly what the CYFD wanted to hear:
CYFD Q., “You said you were in fear, who were you in fear off?”
M.G., “I was in fear of Deborah.”
Again, this is exactly what the State wanted to hear!
Miracle says on p.60, “… I just wanted to die…” The CYFD asked, “And the pain of having to talk about what?”
M.G., “Talking about what happened to me within the ‘compound’.” [note: now Miracle uses the trigger word “compound”, not “camp” or “home”.
Ok, You Get the Picture?
Fin
On p.63 B. Vigil asked M.G., “Do you remember a lady named Julie Gudino or Angeline Gudino?” I’ve already addressed this BIG LIAR (who, it was said, she even had sex with her teenage son! This does not surprise any of us. If I were to ask the female members (who were young in those days) to describe this ex-captain, they would be happy to do so… not in a good way though since Julie was an abusive person. She was present at Deborah’s trial along with several other female HATERS of Deborah. Why? Because my wife had to deal with their misconduct, therefore they HATED her. I usually did not attend these disciplinary sessions but I was kept in the know at all times. I dealt with missions / Intel work etc.
On page 64 B.V. asked “… how confident are you (Miracle) that the defendant sexually abused you as a child?”
M.G., “I’m VERY CONFIDENT!”
Yeah, sure!
B.V., “And how confident are you that she STARVED (my emp.) you & withheld food from you as a child?”
M.G., “VERY CONFIDENT!”
I believe these questions were designed to see if Miracle would stay true to her LIES against D.G. The whole case depended upon Miracle’s LIES. If you really think about it with an unbiased mind, you can see that it was LIES!!! It doesn’t even add up at all! Miracle’s surgery on her legs was when she was about 5 or 6 years old. She was just a little kid at the time and there was no way that she could possibly do all the work she claimed to do! Then she was bedridden and being taken care of for a long time after her surgery. Even after her legs healed, there was no way she could do all the work she claimed to do since she was still a little child and had to walk with a crutch or be wheeled around in a wheelchair.
All these LIES were probably suggested to her and she liked the pity and attention she got by claiming that all this horrible stuff happened to her.
B.V., “And how confident are you that she used you as a servant for labor as a child?”
M.G., “VERY CONFIDENT!”
I’m surprised that Deborah wasn’t charged with child labor. After all the Q.s & A.s, the court took a break (p.65).
All this was recorded by Melanie D. Lucero, official Court Reporter – D-1333-CR-2017-261, CR-2018-3 & CR 2018-53.
So, dear readers, this is how you KILL a CULT Leader! You plot/scheme, get a person/persons to lie under oath, get the jury to believe the lies, hence, “snap the trap!” Life in prison!! But not all believed this B.S. As already shown in another article, the plot to rid N.M. of ACMTC goes back to the mid 1990s. I guess this state FEARS us or else, all this would never have happened.
