(7/12/25) – From Gen. Jim, Sarah’s Father:
What caught my attention first was the word “nonfiction.” Really? Let me quote from The Oracle’s Daughter by Harrison Hill. He starts out with, “At around midnight, Sarah Green got out of bed & crept from the house…” Several paragraphs later Hill writes:
“They (she & the “young man”, i.e. the one Sarah was having an affair with, despite having a husband & 3 children), walk quietly to a stone wall at the edge of the compound. They threw their bags over & climbed to the other side…”
There you have it, folks! The BIG FAT LIE! There never was or ever has been a rock wall at Fence Lake Community (see PX3 Files #1, posted).
IF…
If Sarah told Hill that she ESCAPED over a rock wall – which was non-existent – how many more LIES did she tell him? Plenty! Hill was never in our community, so he only takes her word for what she says. This is WHY we are taking the time & energy to post facts – photos/videos/testimonies from other honest members etc.
Need To Know
On PEOPLE Website, under Trace the Rise & Fall of an American Cult in The Oracle’s Daughter – See the Cover (Exclusive). Under Need To Know we read this: Harrison Hill recounts the “true story of the rise & fall of a woman-led cult” in his forthcoming non-fiction debut, The Oracle’s Daughter.
PEOPLE is exclusively revealing the book’s cover, which features the face of Sarah Green, who recounted her escape.
“From our first conversation I was gob smacked, & knew I had to write about her,” Hill tells PEOPLE.
This book is potentially lawsuit material! We’ve turned the other cheek dozens of times – Jesus only required it once! (see Mt. 5:39)
What our daughter has done & is doing is covering for her adulteries! FACT!
This is no secret among those of us who know this. She left a faithful husband, 2 young boys & Miracle, the baby she brought to America from Africa.
As per Maura, Sarah’s “mentor”, told of her “Escape from the ACMTC Cult” many times over the years (see our PX2 Files – FACTS not FICTION.) Maura finally admitted she lied & never was held “Captive” by the mean ol’ Generals.
- As per sexual abuse claims – in which Deborah spent 41/2 years (out of a 72-year sentence) – this too was proven to be lies (see under “General Deborah Found Not Guilty & Released.”) Presently the State is trying to carry on with their “warfare” against Deborah. Again, NOT GUILTY.
F.Y.I.
I have the 130-page pre-trial Green/River case interview between Lohbeck and Baca. This interview was conducted on Aug 29, 2018, between Deborah’s attorney & special agent, Pete Baca, Dept. Public Safety (retired).
Baca disliked us as a Christian group. Why so? He tells the attorney that he has negative info about us that Maura Schmierer gave him.
*Page 42: Baca states: “Yeah, well, it was info. & I started learning that there was a woman in Sacramento (CA.).” He continues, “… her name was… Maura Schmierer. Ok. And she had been in this. Deborah Green & her husband had started a little group way back in the 60s & they were hippies…” He forgot to tell the attorney that M.S. was also a hippie.
Attorney asked, “And the souce of your info is what?” Baca said, “From Maura Schmierer because there’s an interview right here.” Attorney says, “I’ve seen it.”

Baca: “… she gave me a lot of info., you know, on the Greens.”
Q. “Did you do anything to independently assess the accuracy or the truthfulness of any of the info that Maura Schmierer gave you?”
A. “Uh.”
Q. “That’s a yes or no question. Either you did or you didn’t. Because I already know…”

Q. … I already know that you didn’t, correct?

A. “Well, I took it as info.”
Q. “Right, I understand. You took it as info.. Did you do anything to independently verify whether that was true?”

A. “Well, I contacted the superior Court.”
Q. “Hold on. Let me try to start at the big picture & then we’ll drill down. Okay? So when you were looking into Heaven’s Gate.”

[note: Baca claimed that Deborah was Heaven’s Gate founder & leader:] HG was a suicide cult – all committed suicide. This made big news when we were in N.M. We were supposed to be part of it, since they had land in the Manzano Mountains. During 1999, N.M T.V. news ran a week of “Suicide Cult in N.M.. They claimed we were all going to commit suicide. But H.G. had already done this. You can read all about this in this interview on *page 36 we read this:
Q. “… did this group, Heaven’s Gate, did they have a leader or…?”
A. “No. Well, they had one leader & she controlled her husband.”
Q. “What was her name?”
A. “Deborah Green also known as… by another name.”
Q. “And how long had they been putting together that compound that you describe in the Manzano Mountains?”
A. “That was the Heaven’s Gates. We’re talking about Christian…”

On *page 37 the ACMTC/HG saga continues:
Q. “… Did they (HG) ever commit any crimes in N.M.?”
A. “I don’t know.”
Q. “Did you ever suspect that they were committing crimes in N.M.?”
A. “I don’t know.”
Q. “So why were you investigating them?”
A. “Because they were in…”

In this interview Baca admitted that N.M. did not want ACMTC in NM, for NM did NOT agree with us. Well, well, well. So much for religious freedom. They never showed us where we were wrong in our Bible teachings.
On *page 32 the attorney asked special agent P Baca: “So is it illegal to be a cult?”
A. “Well, it’s illegal if they’re…”
Q. “No, no, just answer that question. Is it illegal to be a cult?”
A. “No.”
Q. “Is it illegal for a group of people to form a group and an organization?”
A. “of course not.”
Q. “Is it illegal for them to have certain religious beliefs?”
A. “No.”
Q. “Is it illegal for them to have religious beliefs that you (State of N.M.) disagree with?
Cont. on *page 33:
A. “Yes.”
Q. “Is it illegal for them to have religious beliefs…”
A. “Not me, but the state of NM. You know…”
Q. “So it’s illegal for…”
A. “I’m just an investigator.”
Q. “So it’s illegal for a group of people to form a group & have religious beliefs that the gov. disagrees with?”
A. “Well, it’s illegal for a group that… that has… that they… they recruit members & on… on… they have what they call social encapsulation, okay.”
Q. “Is that illegal? Because I’m going to ask you what statute makes that illegal.”
A. “I don’t know.”
Q. “Yeah, because it’s NOT illegal!”
You get my point by now. N.M. had no right to SWAT us (twice!), arrest us, imprison us because they disagree with our Christian beliefs. Not a single one has sat down with us and asked us about our Bible beliefs – they just take words (falsely spoken) from those who hate us & make us pay. We have thousands of publication, DVDs et al. showing what we believe. All this “child abuse”/ “kidnapping” etc. is BS … and they know it. Then you’ve got people like Hill et al. writing books, others doing docs.
Darren White
In my PX2 Files Trilogy (no.2), pages 43 & 44, I have info. on Darren White (D.W.): “After stepping down from his secretary position, he worked in 1999 as a reporter for KRQE-TV, ch.13, denouncing the isolationist religious sect ACMTC for their treatment of members [sic] children.” (taken from wikipedia) [Note the word “isolationist”, as if living in the country makes one EVIL! [Watch The Late Great Gate video we put up on PX3 Files, #1]
White used to be Sheriff of Bernalillo County, N.M. I have a photo of him (pg.44) with this said photo of him (pg.44) with this said: “D.W. Bites the Dust”: The city of ABQ public safety director & a former Republican congressional candidate stepped down from his job at the city after a week of controversy surrounding his actions in a single-car accident involving his wife.”

Baca on D.W.
Going back to the pretrial interview between Deborah’s attorney & special agent Pete Baca (Aug. 29, 2018), Attorney Lohbeck brings up the name Darren White on *page 80:
L. “… because at the time Darren White was a news reporter for one of the television stations in ABQ & she’s (liar Jael Phalen) the one that he (D.W.) went… he’s the reporter that Phalen went to, to first tell these crazy stories to. Do you remember that?”
B. “No, sir.”
L. “You don’t remember that?”
B. “No, sir, I never… knew that.”
L. “And that Darren White was the guy behind this?”
B. “I remember how the news stories got generated.”
L. “How’d they get generated?”
B. “I… I… I gave my report to the deputy director Jim Plagens and…”
[note: J.P. was Baca’s boss at the time of the first SWAT. He was not hostile like Baca. Captain Glenn Thomas of the State Police was in charge; he too was not hostile, only Baca – whom we requested to be removed off our private property during the SWAT raid. He was put out by his superiors!]
L. “And just to clarify, he’s the deputy director of DPS?”
B. “Yes.”
L. “And who was the director at the time?”
B. “Darren White”
L. “And then later he became the television news reporter?”
[note: All this investigation on us by Baca/D.W. et al. Took place in the 90s (late), before the first SWAT raid. (see pgs.23,24)]
On *page 82: Lohbeck: “And him & Darren White, who was his boss at the time.”
L. “They’re the ones that took all this stuff to the media & started generating all this publicity.”

L. “Against this group.”
B. “Correct.”
L. “Well, didn’t you encourage them to do that?”
B. “No.”
L. “Are you sure about that?”
B. “Yes, because I had a different plan.”
L. “I’m looking at the report you wrote.”
L. “And on page 8, under the heading Solutions, you wrote: ‘media exposure, a media production spearheaded…”
B. “But I…”
L. “Hold on. You wrote here: ‘media exposure, a media production spearheaded by the New Mexico Dept. of Public Safety, it is not only a good promotion for the dept. but it falls under the mission statement of the dept.”
L. “You wrote that. That’s your report.”
B. “Yes, I did.”
L. “You encouraged them to do this.”
B. “No, I did not.”
Baca continues to deny he had anything to do with siccing the media on us. As said beforehand, in 1999 D.W./KRQE-TV did a week of demonizing us over the T.V. They flew over our camp taking pictures of our living quarters and then telling their viewers that we were all going to commit suicide! This happened to us in K. Falls, OR back in 1990 – the Sacramento News with K. Falls News surrounded our large home & beat on our doors not to commit suicide! They wish!
On *page 85 Lohbeck said: “Yeah, I get it. And so what you were doing is you were working with her (Maura S.) to try to DESTROY this group.”
B. “I was gathering info. from her, you know.”
L. “In order to DESTROY this group because you had no law enforcement purpose for investigating them.”
B. “I wasn’t… destroy is the wrong word.”
L. “What’s the word? Drive them out of the state? Because that’s what you wrote, DRIVE THEM OUT of the state.” (emphasis mine)
Well, dear readers, you’ve got the truth. We did no crimes – the only “crime” is that we believe in & teach from the Bible. We are a missions training corps, not a church per se, a training corps – taking Jesus to all the world.
Back to D.W.
On *page 93 Lohbeck asked, “How did you get along with Darren White?”
B. “I never… I never… I met him years later when he was the Sheriff of Bernalillo Co., & that was because I was doing a big case of narcotic, prostitution…”
On * page 96, Lohbeck asked, “So you got to know or worked or met D.W. in connection with that investigation?”
On *page 97, Lohbeck asked, “Isn’t D.W. the guy who resigned his job at the head of DPS under Gov. Johnson because he didn’t like that Gov. Johnson talks favorably about Marijuana legalization?”
L. “What is D.W. doing today?”
B. “What’s that, sir?”
L. “He grows M.J.”
B. Darren White?”
L. “That’s what he does.”
L. “… apparently he invests in MJ growers.”
L. “So he left his law enforcement career behind.”
[note: I think D.W. is either Sheriff again or running for Sheriff here in ABQ.]
As the interview progressed, the subjefct of drugs comes up, starting on *page 108:
L. “Okay, Do you remember Ms. Phalen (the crazy lady that we took in at Fence Lake. We had to put her out because of guns & her drug usage. This ENRAGED her, hence, she went to the law and made up lies of child abuse & drug usage) telling you some story about how the people at the Aggressive Christianity Group used to put loco weed in tea?”

B. “Yes.”
L. “Did you really believe that?”
B. “I have knowledge about loco weed.”
L. “Did you really believe what she said?”
B. “Yes.”
L. “What made you believe it?”
B. “I didn’t know if it was true or not but I do have knowledge about loco weed.”
L. “Yeah, but whether… whether you have knowledge about it has nothing to do with Aggressive Christianity.”
At this point, on page 110, Baca says, “Well, they were using it, you know.”
L. “Wait, whoa, whoa, wait a minute. You need to be warned that if you make statements in this interview that are libelist, you may subject yourself to legal liability…”
[note: there were so many lies told on us one can’t keep track of them. And the same now applies to Harrison Hill’s upcoming book, which we KNOW is full of outright lies & disinformation!]
The “drug” conversation continues:
L. “I represent Deborah Green. Are you claiming… are you telling me here today that A. C. uses meth?”
B. “No.”
L. “Okay, Are you telling me that you… that they use LSD?”
B. “No.”
L. “Are you telling me that you have any info. or evidence that A.C. has ever used loco weed or put it in tea?”
L. “Okay. I mean these are very serious allegations & I’m just trying to clarify because I’m pretty confident that the only info. you have about any of this stuff is HEARSAY you got from other people.”
B. “Correct.”
Pt.2
On *page 111, this issue of child abuse comes up:
L. “… you have no personal knowledge yourself about whether or not anybody with the A.C. Group, Deborah Green, James Green, or anybody else, you have NO personal knowledge about whether or not any kind of SEXUAL ABUSE (my emphasis) ever occurred out there reguarding kids – or any kind of physical abuse ever occurred out there reguarding kids, correct?”
B. “Correct.”
L. “Okay. You never talked to or interviewed any kids in connection with your investigation, correct?”
B. “Correct.”
L. “Okay, And so that means that this report that you did, that is at State Discovery 1283 & goes through State Discovery 1290, this report that you showed me that we’ve been talking about, that this report is entirely based on HEARSAY, correct?”
B. “Correct.”
L. “You have no personal knowledge reguarding anything in here?”
B. “No.”
The issue of Zechariah (one of the kids belonging to Julie Gudino & her husband (they joined us back in the early 1980s in Sacto. CA. Both were ex-gang members) The first mention of child abuse (found on pg.115):
L. “There’s so much paper… there was a kid at some point who used to live down at that Fence Lake property. I think he was like 13 or 14.”
L. “And he ran away one time because he said his parents were spanking him a lot…”
[note: This was true. Julie & Bernie “beat” him (not merely spanked him!). We corrected them many times over this. Not only this but they did sex acts in front of him (he told us this), which we also corrected them over if you recall, J. Gudino was at Deborah’s trial (brought in from CA. by N.M. State) to testify against her. She claimed that my wife sexually & physically ABUSED the kids, esp. Miracle River. She & hubby left our group & planned REVENGE on her (and all of us!).
Our daughter (Sarah) was there in court to testify against her mother. Harrison Hill’s upcoming book has lots of lies /disinformation about all this: see his Oracle’s Daughter, taken from The Cut (2021), Sarah Green escaped her mother’s cult. As Baca states, he had no personal proof of any of this. Both Julie & Sarah are guilty of child abuse.
Baca continues to answer Lohbeck’s questions:
L. “And, and Zechariah claimed that his mom used to basically beat the crap out of him.”
B. “Where?”
L. “With a belt & all that kind of stuff.”
[note: Other girls (now married ACMTC members) will testify how Gudino used to treat them, terrorize them. She & hubby were captains, but we had a hard time with them in discipline. Julie’s mother formed up an anti-ACMTC group called PAC: Parents Against Cults in Sacto. CA in the 1980s. She protested against us because Julie joined at the age of 17. Julie’s mom used to tell us that her daughter was a BIG LIAR. Well, we did, eventually, find out she was right. We have video footage of her mom protesting us in both CA and OR. We also have confessions from Julie & Bernie about their “sins”, esp. child abuse (somewhere). Over the years we have kept records of such matters).
Finishing Up
Lohbeck turns our attention to page 117 in ref. to Stacy Miller, aka Gracious River, whose young son dies at Fence Lake, N.M.:
L. “I notice that on page 3 of your report you put a notation, you said: ‘an interesting notation to make is that Stacy Miller, who is a chemist, was recently recurited & lives at the F.L. compound.’”
B. “Correct.”
L. “And on page 4 you put: ‘The ACMTC in N.M. has all the characteristics listed below except for the stockpiling of dangerous weapons, however, don’t forget one of the members is a chemist.”
S.M. & Brian Miller came to join us while living at Berino, N.M. (read their testimony, many in PX2 Files Triology #1, pp.36-38. Stacy’s mom was in the news, esp. on the Dr. Phil show, claiming we were holding her “captive”. Her mom along with (liar) Maura S., was interviewed by Dr. Phil (who invaded our mission at Berino, N.M. & at Fence Lake, N.M. The show was aired 2006 (see the video under our PX2 Files).
Bombs?
We were visited by 2 FBI agents in response to this silly “chemist” scare. They were polite. They said they would get back to us later. We learned that they went to the (Fed) State Dept., did a intense research on us, came back & told us they found NOTHING!
[note: Baca says we had no weapons. But upon our arrest, the news media claimed the police found a bus load of weapons & a suitcase full of $$ (I think they said one million $$!). LIES!]

Well, we all know what happened; the State made up BIG LIES, we got arrested, sentenced! I spent 5 years 9 months in prison; Deborah, 4 1/2 years because lawyers found out the State HAD vital evidence that PROVED Deborah was innocent.
So, you folks who write books & make docs, please get facts straight. Prove what you’re saying rather than using heresay to destroy us.
