If one goes through the abundance of court-filings on Deborah Green, one main theme stands out: Deborah is mean & cruel & uses “force” to “make” people obey her. Testimony after testimony you’ll read how she is the SUPREME COMMANDER, no exceptions. You’ll read words like, “she made me do it,” “she said I had to do such & such,” “she starves children,” “she forces people to get married,” “she forces people to get divorced” …blah, blah, blah.
I’m going thru a mountain of State of N.M. vs. Deborah Green. Hundreds and hundreds of pages from prosecutors, Judges, her attorneys, (false) witnesses, law enforcement, medical personnel, Mental Health personnel, Court Reporters, T.V. reporters, Newspaper reporters, court clerks et al.
Special Agent Peter Baca, Detective Steven Chavez (who is a real piece of work!), especially these two (not excluding Sheriff Tony Mace (are real liars!), all testify that Deborah controls ACMTC & is basically a religious witch! How do they know this, seeing they never lived among us? They, as Baca said (under oath), take the words of others who have an axe to grind against Deborah.
Since we first had to handle an adultery situation (Maura Schmierer of Sacto., CA) up until the arrest of Deborah et al. (Aug. 20, 2017), we had to deal with many sex related cases – all women (except a male who got pissed off at Deborah cause she would not marry him to a 3rd wife!). So, even including Sarah Green (daughter who was committing adultery at Fence Lake with a man who came to visit. They both (together) decided to “ESCAPE!” (see PX3 Files: Harrison Hill’s, The Oracle’s Daughter). She testified against her own mother that ended up giving Deborah a 72-year prison term!
Along with Sarah, there was Julie Gudino, ex-ACMTC captain, who also accused Deborah of “forceful commands”. She and hubby left after Sarah “escaped”, taking lots of ACMTC selling items with them – some say over $10,000 worth. (note: last we heard, she got divorced from hubby & has become a lesbian living back in Sacto. CA – where they joined us back in the early 1980s. Maura Schmierer, the “Big Fat Liar” (see videos) was also in court to support Sarah and Julie (see our PX2 Files on this liar/thief).
My Point
Here is my point: In the paperwork submitted to the court (1/12/2021): Expedited Petition for writ of Habeas Corpus to vacate convictions & withdraw plea (49 pages), concerning the death of 12-year-old Enoch Miller (E.M.) and his sickness. Allow me to quote from pp.36-39 (portions): “Turning to the facts of Ms. Green’s Child Abuse – Great Bodily Harm count, it is no overstatement to say that the State cannot prove any part of it: she wasn’t Enoch Miller’s parent, guardian, or custodian; she didn’t medically NEGLECT (my emphasis) E.M. even by the standards of a parent or guardian; & no one can prove a causal nexus between that ALLEGED (emphasis mine) neglect & E.M.S. illness or death. On the first point, Ms. Green was a leader in E.M.’s religious community & lived close by, but that is hardly a substitute for the ‘parents, guardian, or custodian’ requirement.” (refs. are cited).
Continued: Perhaps in a country without the First Amendment, it would be enough to prove that a defendant is a member of a HATED, FEARED or INCOMPREHENSIBLE (emp. mine) religious subcommunity to shift the burden to Ms. Green. But we do have a First Amendment, & Ms. Green was never E.M.’s parent, guardian, or custodian. E.M.’s mother, Stacy Miller (aka Gracious River), was not only present in a general sense – living with him every day & providing for him as his custodial parent – but physically present during E.M.’s illness as a medical decision-maker.”
[note: where was Enoch’s dad? Oh, him, yeah, he had left several years earlier, leaving Stacy (and ACMTC) with all 5 children. We heard he was having a homosexual affair up at Santa Fe. This guy never called, sent any $$ support – nothing, yet he blames Deborah (and me also) for E.M.’s death (flu). He never once came to see his children. We’ve heard lately that some of his kids hate him & have left (after turning 18).

“Ms. Green thus does not meet any definition of ‘parent, guardian, or custodian’ required by law.”
The report continues on pg.37: “Ms. Green OFFERED (emphasis mine), apparently unsolicited, to arrange for E.M. to be taken to a hospital, & the video of Ms. Miller’s interview (by law enforcement) leaves no one with anything but anything but the strong impression that Ms. Miller personally & passionately made the decision to keep E.M. at home & treat him with prayer. Ms. Miller still doesn’t regret not taking her son to the doctor, a decision that she does not attribute to Ms. Green in any way.”
[note: Det. Chaves (liar) went into jail and tried to get Stacy to admit that Deborah made her, forced her, not to take Enoch to the hospital.] Those sheriffs were crooked as snakes!
Cont:
“And given Ms. Miller’s observations & understanding of the child’s symptoms, even her decision wasn’t unreasonable – even objectively, let alone subjectively as the criminal-recklessness standard requires” (footnote 14 explains this).
In other filings, an ex-member goes into great details about how horrible Enoch’s situation was. They exaggerated so much that one finds it hard to believe. Well, many did not believe it. And another thing, we’ve been accused (in court filings) over and over of not allowing hospital visits when needed. This is utterly FALSE! Miracle River (before the E.M. saga) is a case-and-point. It was at the ABQ. Hospital that the CYFD took her from us! Duh!
Yet the State & ex-members still LIE about this. We did not forbid Enoch from getting medical care – his mom overruled Deborah and me.

Footnote 16 reads: “Consider also one specific perception, militating against a stronger insistence on medical treatment, that Ms. Green had but that Ms. Miller didn’t: Ms. Miller’s own stridently confident assertions that E.M. had Huntington’s Disease – a condition that Ms. Green doesn’t know anything about, & about which she would reasonably defer to the child’s mother – & that was what was causing E.M.’s illness & ultimately caused his death.”
The day Enoch’s father (Brian) left for a “fling”, we did a taped video interview with him & Stacy. Lt. Col. Peter Green filmed & Deborah and I interviewed them. The subject of Brian’s uncle (I think) dying a short time ago with Huntington’s Disease was discussed. Huntington’s Disease travels through the males, hence, through Brian and into Enoch!
Another issue was brought up: the issue of marital sex. Several days prior to this interview, Brian had pulled a knife on Stacy demanding sex. He admitted this on video – he left the same day, never to be heard or seen again… until our trials.
At the time of Enoch’s death, I too was in bed with a bad case of flu – the same flu many in N.M. died from(at hospitals!). I lay in bed for a week. However, I was at his bedside when he passed.
Okay, Here it is!
Let me start on page 39, second paragraph: “E.M. did not deserve to die at such a young age, regardless of whether he died of unusual flu complications, Huntington’s Disease, or a meningeal infection, brain abscess, tumor, or any of the other myriad potential causes of death that cannot be excluded. Here what this case is about, however, is simply whether Ms. Green’s failure to FORCE (my emphasis) Ms. Miller to take E.M. to the doctor or steal E.M. away herself, or, more broadly, her involvement in a religious community in which prayer is valued as a non-exclusive tool for overcoming illness, warrants & legally supports conviction of one of the most serious criminal offenses in existence. It is exceptionally clear that, under the existing case law defining the crime, it does not.”
Give All this Serious Thought
Here is what we’re looking at:
1) If Deborah FORCED her will upon Stacy, then she is called a dictator! Most who hate her believe this!
2) If she refuses to FORCE Stacy to take Enoch for medical care, she is accused of medical neglect.
So…
She is DAMNED if she used FORCE; she is DAMNED if she refuses to FORCE Stacy to get help for her son.
So – we both were charged with medical neglect. Both of us reasoned at least 3 or 4 times to take E.M. to get medical help. The cops know this; the courts know this. So, we both went to prison, as did Stacy.
