In this article I use the “Q” word both literally and figuratively. I’ve watched the Church sink down morally now for decades. I have spoken out against the Church’s wide acceptance of the LGBTQ agenda and the subsequent emasculation it suffered. By and large the Church has followed the politically correct crowd, turning away from those Biblically correct believers who still adhere to and stand for the straight (as in non-queer) and narrow (as in narrow-minded) way that Scripture teaches.
BIG CHANGES
Back when Jesus walked the earth he was nothing short of a radical revolutionary. I’m not implying that He took up arms and raised up an armed resistance against the Roman occupation (although many did and were methodically eliminated by the Romans). His teachings in the gospels make it clear that He was not fighting against flesh and blood. Yet He did preach an unmistakably revolutionary message. Over the years I have written and preached exhaustively showing that Jesus was not the effeminate, emasculated, pushover the backslidden Church claims He was/is. NO! Jesus was fair but firm (stern). He loved humanity (enough to die for us) and yet He vehemently hated the forces of sin, sickness, and evil that have destroyed so many.
TODAY
As my title says, the Church has been deradicalized. Others point out that it has gone queer. One definition of queer being: strange; counterfeit; to spoil the effect of; peculiar; different from normal. Then you have queer in the disparaging sense: homosexual (includes lesbianism), i.e., queerness with a queer theology. God always has and always will abhor LGBTQ practices and beliefs.
OUR WARFARE
Consider the following scriptures:
Wage the good warfare (1 Timothy 1:18)
Fight the good fight of faith (1 Timothy 6:12)
Endure hardness as a good soldier of Christ (2 Timothy 2:3)
We do not war according to the flesh (2 Corinthians 10:3)
Put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:11-18)
It is obvious that satan has disarmed, deradicalized, and neutralized today’s Church. He has greatly succeeded in turning believers away from sound doctrine. Instead he has convinced them that the Church must change with the times, hence we have a huge amount of Christless Christians who have subsequently embraced queerness.
SATAN’S STRATEGIES
“Let’s deradicalize and disarm the Church extremists” we hear the enemies scheming as they plan their next attack. Actually, the people they call “extremists” are merely those following the teachings of Scripture. Yet to the backslidden/reprobate Church of today these “extremists” seem queer and strange. No wonder, for a huge portion of the confused churchites are actually in the camp of the damned.
In our age/generation of “queerness” if one holds to Scripture and believes the prohibitions God laid down against all kinds of sexual sin they will be labeled ignorant, backward, legalistic, and hateful. The verses I’m referring to are Leviticus 18:22; 20:13, Romans 1:24-32, I Corinthians 6, and 1 Timothy 1. Just how and when did the prohibitions against sexual sins become abrogated or nullified? Who would have the authority to do such a thing? Leviticus 18 and all the rest of the above mentioned scriptures are still binding and will remain so until ALL is finished concerning men and sin. All these sexually oriented and security affirming teachings and practices that the modern Church is embracing are not coming from the God of Heaven but from the god of Hell.
THEOLOGICAL WARFARE
In today’s diverse academic fields of teaching, men and women are struggling to explain away God’s many “thou shalt not . . .” prohibitions by building a super spiritual/secular highway based on extreme and radical avant-garde ideas which Jesus never taught. The Lord’s way seems queer/strange to today’s pew sitters who fill the numerous whorehouses called Churches. There is no doubt that the GLBTQ camp has succeeded in dividing the Church, although I have trouble comprehending why. The Scriptures are plain: GLBTQ beliefs and practices are clearly labeled abominations. Of course this does not mean those within that camp cannot be redeemed. They can. Jesus accepts all who fully repent, turn from sin, and turn to Him for eternal life, joining the Christian radicals who “fight the good fight of faith.”
FIGHTING THE FIGHTERS
As stated above, satan has succeeded in deradicalizing the Church, so much so that a large segment has now become militant themselves, for the wrong reasons. By this I mean they (the backslidden Churchites) are fighting against the ones who still believe in God’s Word and strive to live the Christian life as God intended. They attack those who refuse to bow to the LGBTQ, woke, politically correct, cancel culture, Antifa, Black Lives Matter movements who tell us that we’ve got to move on and adjust to the ways of the world. In essence, these folks believe God’s Word has become out-dated, hence it is replaceable. The sheer irreverence among this “estranged” segment of the Church is noteworthy. My question is this: If God’s Word prohibiting homo/hetero sexual sins has become irrelevant, who decided that and by what authority? It surely wasn’t God!
In making Scripture irrelevant (the texts mentioned above), those who claim to have done so have become the very same thing they accuse the “straight and narrow” Christians of being: militant and radical. Large segments of orthodox theology have also become irrelevant according to this new breed of spiritual bastards who champion political correctness over Biblically honest and accurate teaching. They push a “queer” theology which encourages acceptance of the ways of the world (which are in fact condemned by Scripture). Yet their militant attempt to deradicalize the entire Church is failing. In fact it has actually caused an ever growing number to become more determined than ever to love God and live according to the dictates of His Word. Praise God!
ARE WE EXTREME?
Guilty as charged! Yes! Of course if you juxtapose the radical right and radical left you quickly see that they are enemies, not friends. This is to be expected and is nothing new. While those on the left claim a new “revelation” for revolution, we make no new claims. We seek to faithfully follow the radical and revolutionary practices and teachings of Christ, our Captain in war (Wage Aggressive Resistance–WAR).
We RESIST the enemy’s attempts to recruit us into their QUEER church. No thanks! No thanks to their screwed, twisted, queer way of reading the Bible. They refuse to stick to honest, historically accepted exegesis, thereby allowing them to read into Scripture what they want it to say to support their sin-ridden lifestyles. These theological darlings, over-educated academic idiots, are Hell bound while all the while believing they are headed to Heaven. While Jesus was/is a revolutionary, He did not resort to physical violence or teach His followers to do so. Instead He relied on the authority of the Word given Him by His Father, which He subsequently vindicated in the presence of all through countless miracles. The only authority the queer Church has comes of themselves and their twisted, dishonest interpretations of the Scripture–which is no authority at all!
The Gospel message for the “mess-age” in which Jesus preached was one of love. But love in itself necessitates a hatred for all unrighteousness. He spoke often of Hell and punishment. He spoke of repentance. One does not need to repent IF one is living right. Repentance is twofold in its nature: a radical turning away from evil and a sincere turning to God.
JESUS, A TERRORIST?
Yes! Jesus literally terrorized the demonic spirit world. Demons quake in fear at His presence and His Word. The true soldier/saints of Jesus, which are often labeled “extremists,” are not irrational. We consciously try to choose the right and diligently resist the wrong. We intentionally seek to do the will of God for our lives and militantly resist the temptations of the enemy. It says of Jesus that He “loved righteousness and hated lawlessness” (Hebrews 1:9; see also Psalm 45:6 where this quote originated). Jesus not only did miracles of love, healing, provision, along with the casting out of demons, but He spoke of vengeance: “For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled” (Luke 21:22). The following are some of the scriptures He was referring to, “The day of vengeance of our God” (Isaiah 61:2), “For the day of the Lord’s vengeance” (Isaiah 34:8), “For the day of vengeance is in my heart” (Isaiah 63:4), “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord” (Romans 12:19; 32:35; also Psalm 94:1,2).
The “Q” Church would love to abrogate all these radical texts so as to live “guilt free” of their many sins. That is not going to happen! In the meantime the “Q” Church has laid out a fascinatingly plausible (?) hypothesis aimed at enticing others into their web of deceit. They claim we can do as we please and still be acceptable to God. This ancient heresy is nothing new, for satan has been tempting people with variations of this lie ever since the beginning in the garden.
The “Q” Church literally praises and honors those who rebel like Hell against the Scriptures. They have become ambassadors of evil and not good. They no longer preach the truly “GOOD NEWS” that Jesus saves souls from Hell IF they repent and walk according to Scripture as best they can. LONG LIVE OUR KING!
