In these articles I’ve shown you how the conspiracy by the State of N.M. has been formed up.
I now turn your attention to how Lt. Col. Peter Green’s interview by the State went. This interview was conducted on March 11, 2019, those representing P.G. were Kari Morrissey, on behalf of the dist. attorney’s office was Brandon Vigil. Also present was investigator Craig Martin for Peter. Michael Seibel was Miracle Green’s attorney. This interview is 56 pages long. It pretty much follows (Q./A.) what I have already presented in other interviews State of N.M. vs. Deborah Green. It delves into all the physical/sexual abuse stuff – the hands in her (M.G.) vagina, the stick/screwdriver penetration etc. (p.11).
Living Conditions

This interview goes into where M.G. lived in our home. After Sarah “escaped”, leaving Peter, her 2 sons & Miracle alone, we (Deborah & I) had to take care of her. Our house was packed at that time. What Deborah’s attorney/investigator aimed to do was show just how impossible it was for Peter to have sexually abused M.G. without any of us knowing it. I even invited the Gov. of N.M. to come & see for herself just how impossible it was for these acts to be done in a house full of people. Of course she declined. Had she come and went into all the living quarters, both Deborah Green and Peter Green would never have been convicted. But, you now realize, that the State wanted us GONE from N.M.
Let’s Get Started
First let me point out a glaring contradiction. I’ve quoted from other interviews where M.G. said Deborah made her sleep on the floor, never a bed:
KM: “And tell me where were you sleeping?” (meaning P.G. would slip into her room & have sex with her)
MG: “I slept in the, I don’t know what you would call it, like office room, middle room of the house.”
KM: “… If I give you a piece of paper can you just kind of draw it for me?”
MG: “I slept next to a bookshelf, it was like a bookshelf & a desk beside me and then next to me was the big table… I slept in between those ON THE FLOOR” (emp. mine) (p.16)
MG: “So I slept on the floor…”
KM: “And did that room lead into Deborah & James’ bedroom?”
MG: “Correct.”
Miracle goes on to describe where other members lived in the house. (p.17)
KM: “I know that you described that you didn’t have an actual bedroom & you… slept on the floor, was there a mattress on the floor?”
MG: “A little fold up like cot…”
Ah, not really on the floor but on a cot. Yep! That “cot” was a nicely built fold-out couch that Col. Phillip had built – nice! On the wooden bottom we had a mattress she slept on.
Do details matter? Sure do. To say “on the floor” = a kind of punishment, lack of love etc. It sounds (to the opposing side) harsh & unloving. That is what they all wanted: they wanted to portray Deborah as a mean ol’ witch!
On page 20, Kari asked, “And are you on this little cot?”
KM: “And so when you say that, I mean is this just a single person cot?”
MG: “Yes it was small.”
(note: Kari had already been out to our community, went thru the whole house, saw the nice couch she slept on. No “cot”. And, may I remind my readers, after Miracle had her leg operation, we bought a nice (expensive $$) hospital bed that sat where the couch had sat.)
What Kari is getting at is since the “cot” is very small, how could Peter lay on top of her? Peter is 6 ft. 2 in. You tell me how a guy his size lay on top of a tiny cripple & have sex night after night? (all this discussed on p.21). On page 22 the words “penis” & “genitalia” are mentioned along with “penetrating”. Oh, how the State must have LOVED hearing this! This porn stuff continues onto p.23
All this sexing went on for a couple of years… in a house full of people… no one hears or sees?
On page 45 the sexual abuse is picked up again:
KM: “… Did you ever have any vaginal bleeding… with the abuse from him (Peter)?”
Kitchen
On page 46, KM gets on the subject of kitchen work. Remember in other interviews Miracle claimed she did all the meals – alone!
KM: “In terms of your kitchen responsibilities, I’m just trying to figure out if we’ve got 40 or 50 people living there I’m imagining that a 7-year old was not responsible for making an entire meal for 50 people.”
Kari was on to her LIES.
MG: “I did.”
KM: “Did you, did you have help?”
MG: “Some, yeah”
Miracle, caught in a “little white lie” admitted that some of the other girls helped. The truth is, Deborah was the main cook – always, unless we were out of state/country. Even she had plenty of help since there was a team of 5 or 6 men and women who always worked in the kitchen. Cooking for 50 or 60 people (at times) was a chore for her, with help. Yet when the State asked her about all this, Miracle says she alone prepared/served the meals. Not one time do I recall where the State drilled down on this issue. They didn’t; they couldn’t.
On page 48, Kari asks, “… were you deprived of food?” As already stated, she accused D.G. of starving her! Seems to me, if I was in charge of meal prep/serving, I would eat if I was STARVING. Who would know? After all, Miracle claimed she was the only one who cooked – no need of anyone else being in the kitchen. All this done while in a wheelchair or on crutches. Lifting large pans of food/water? Really?
KM: “If she (D.G.) was always in charge of your meals, I mean did you ever have a time where you were hungry…?”
But we’re told that M.G. was in charge of meals, not D.G.
Kari drills down on the notion that Miracle didn’t eat although she was in charge of the food.
KM: “But they had group meals didn’t they?” (p.49)
MG: “Correct”
KM: “Ok and so did you ever eat at the group meals?”
MG: “I would ALWAYS EAT at the group meals…”
MG: “So she (D.G.) would FEED ME, she was in charge of feeding me… serving me.”
Does this sound like ABUSE to you?
Gen. Jim’s Abuse
Close to the end of the interview (p.51) Craig Martin smartly brings up the subject of Ch.13 news doing interviews.
KM: “This is another area where there is an indication that you (M.G.) disclosed abuse against Jim, that’s the reason he’s asking you that question.”
Miracle back then accused me of sexual abuse. It hit the news. We were investigated (I was). I was found not guilty. The State didn’t like that! My belief is that since I was found N.G., they had to get M.G. to accuse Deborah, convict her, put her in prison – which they did! One can read all the charges that sent her up for 72 years. She was 72 years old at the time of imprisonment.
On page 54, it states that in 2003, M.G. was 6 years old… There’s a whole set of charges from when you were 6.
The Take Away
So, what we’ve learned is that Miracle first accused me of sexual abuse – LIE! She later accused Peter & Deborah of sexual abuse – LIE, but the State HAD to CONVICT them. Peter’s case was dropped when Deborah was found “not guilty” in 2022. Everyone involved in her arrest/conviction/prison time KNEW Deborah was not guilty. But, you see, they hate our presence in this leftist state. All one has to do is look up N.M. – see how corrupt the Systems are.
One of their Deputy Sheriffs once told me that all one has to do is accuse someone of child abuse & they are arrested. It is up to the accused to prove their innocence. This is exactly what they did to us at Fence Lake. Once you are in their corrupt system, it is HELL to get out. Miracle eventually told the authorities that I did not abuse her. Obviously, she cannot be trusted since she has proven to be a blatant LIAR! In Deborah’s/Peter’s case, she has finally confessed she lied on them to – after we spent tons of $$, lost most of our homes/lands. We were lucky to get out of jail/prison with our lives. Child molesters usually never get out!! alive!!
We can only thank our God for His protection – yes, we suffered, were separated but we are still in His service.
