How come that wasn’t in the news in 2017?
No sexual abuse, no physical abuse, no emotional abuse. Actually, quite the contrary. The kids, ages 4 – 14, clearly responded well, had no signs of physical mistreatment, were articulate and behaved as normal healthy children. I guess that doesn’t make for good “news”!
Incredible how the media kept mentioning “all these kids” in our camp, and how a whole group of them were taken away from us under “child abuse” allegations, yet you never heard about General Deborah or General Jim, or ANYONE, being charged with abuse relating to ANY of these 11 kids! Believe me, if the FBI told the Cibola County Sheriff’s Department they had found even a hint of abuse, Detective Steve Chavez would have made a mountain out of it.
After the State took away our children and investigated us, they gave them back. No abuse! That was nearly 9 years ago. All 11 are now teenagers and adults. All 11 still testify to the truth that there was never any abuse, among them or anyone else.
All this so far is documented fact, and I have the documentation to prove it.
Fact: I believe the media ABUSED the Generals and refused to publish anything that supported their defense. Of course, they aren’t the first to be abused by the media. We all know that. I believe the Cibola County Sheriff’s Department and prosecutors also refused to admit they had no real evidence, and when evidence presented itself against their narrative, they said nothing.
Did the State of New Mexico quit attacking us after literally all 11 kids from our community testified and demonstrated NO ABUSE? No. Did they at least consider the profound impact of 11 present children who experienced and saw no abuse? Did they care that these 11 kids testified that no one was ever abused? Apparently not.
I believe the real problem here is something that runs deeper. In the words of Special Agent Pete Baca who led a raid against us in 2000, the State did not want us here. (We have a copy of the deposition where he literally says this.) I guess that means it’s really not about evidence or eyewitnesses.
So where did the sexual allegations come from? From two individuals who claimed abuse who were NOT living in the Community at the time of the arrests. This fact about them not being there is very important. The first girl, a young woman, had been gone for over a decade, and had been mixed up in the State foster care system; apparently, in some very bad situations. Realize she never claimed any abuse in her life until after she lived in sketchy foster care homes (which is a whole story in itself!). The second girl, who accused Peter, had been gone over a year and had been living with a grandma who we all knew hated us and an uncle who, according to relatives, was an antiChrist. One relation told us the uncle is the type that apparently loves to get people to turn from their faith in Jesus. Realize also, ever since we knew the girl as a young child, she unfortunately had a problem with lying and accusing. That said, we believe she was pressured.

Thank Jesus, eventually General Deborah and Peter were exonerated from all sexual charges pertaining to both girls. (This, too, is a long story and can be researched in General Jim’s list of articles in our Px3 Files.)
Tragically, the second girl, who had falsely accused Peter, was a tormented soul. We heard many stories of her mental instability and reckless lifestyle that came, almost like a reaction, after she accused Peter. I believe she experienced the weight of her guilt for lying against a man whom she knew was innocent. I believe guilt drove her wild. Most tragic of all, we were told she committed suicide shortly after Christmas in 2025.
May Jesus continue to reveal the Truth and help those who have lied to come clean, for their own mental health, and so they can get right with God.
