This is what the court system is suppose to do – not conspire against innocent people, be they religious or non-religious. It has been said “the search for Truth and Justice is always a difficult task. The US trial system was and is in a consistent state of development in order to reach some kind of conclusion of the truth.
In the case of the Generals Jim and Deborah Green et al., of Aggressive Christianity, truth and justice were aborted in favor of lies, disinformation/ misinformation and malfeasance/misfeasance in order to indict, find guilty, and imprison them. This was carried out by the Cibola County DA’s office.
The right to a fair TRIAL is of most importance according to our US constitution. (see Article 6).
To hide truth in order to CONVICT is criminal itself. When lies, mis/ disinformation become more fascinating than truth and justice, the courts have gone virulent.
When INJUSTICE Prevails, men and women can and will be convicted, lives ruined forever. “Our US constitution prohibits the Law Enforcers, Prosecutors, the Judges, and the Executioners to be bias/unfair.”
There are many I’ve met in prison who, like myself, have been falsely accused, convicted, and imprisoned because of biasness and down right hatred for what the “accused” stood for. In our case: Christ Jesus.
We try to forgive our enemies. It is hard at times… but we keep trying.
To withhold vital data/information from the court is a criminal act in itself. Yet it was done with no shame, remorse or second thought.
When the innocent are found GUILTY, the “guilty,” e.g. DA’s/sheriffs et al., are FREE to prosecute the next innocents without the least bit of apprehension. This is a stone-hearted truth.
The Spirit of the Lord gave the following Word the other day in which God said He is bringing His “Retributive Mockery” down upon those who have LIED on His people. They will come “under My (God’s) retribution mockery… Repeatedly thru their LIES and FABRICATED tales they have VICTIMIZED My true people. They have committed character mutilation against the ones I love and thought they got by because of the BRUTALITY and VILENESS of the LIES… It is not up to men to pass judgment on MY people and to punish them for wrongs they have not committed… The time comes as is NOW when I turn against them all that they have sought to do against My people… the time of My retributive mockery does come, for VENGEANCE belongs to Me… these are times of madness, insanity, violence, and terrible perversions… they cannot stop My timing nor my actions against them…”

While we are expected, yea, demanded to tell the truth, the whole truth, so help us God, this is trashed when a verdict is needed to appease the people, the courts etc. But the DA’s et al., can LIE like devils with no fear for the law – the same law that puts many innocents in jail/prison. Am I saying we don’t need the law/courts/jails/prisons? No! There are plenty that are GUILTY as HELL, dangerous to society and need to be incarcerated!
There is no justice if the justice system can be biased. There is no justice when justice itself becomes the judge, jury, and executioner.
Psalms 146: 3-7
“Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help. … Happy is he (or she) who has God of Jacob for his (her) help, whose hope is in the LORD his God, who made heaven and earth… Who EXECUTES JUSTICE for the oppressed… the LORD gives FREEDOM to the PRISONERS!!!”
May the Lord free every prisoner who is in jail/prison on false charges.
Shame on the “justice” system of America, aka, Amerika. When lies become the truth we will dishonor our justice system and most of all, God Himself – for He IS TRUTH.
The extremists in this country (i.e. those who spin lies/ deception/mis/disinformation against those whom they want to destroy) believe that anyone they disdain is worthy of nothing but hate and the ONLY RIGHT they have is to confess what is false or be DESTROYED!!!
It has also been said that when the courts decide they will make up their own rules and they are willing to break the constitution and they don’t want to hear or accept the Truth, they want to PUNISH those whom they hate. Sadly this has become the “norm” for today. Nuff said. (That Prophetic Word includes those LIARS who conspired against us over years that brought about the 2nd SWAT raid in which many of us were sent to jail/prison. This includes our very own daughter who was coerced by several disgruntled former members of ACMTC who had been called out for their sexual sins. God has not forgotten about you. You will be judged by Him, not us.

In Scripture we find justice and judgment listed together: Genesis 18:19; 2 Samuel 8:15; 1 Kings 10:9; 1 Chronicals 18:14; 2 Chronicals 9:8; Job 36:17; 37:23; Psalms 89:14; 119:121; Proverbs 1:3; 21:8; Ecclesiastes 5:8; Isaiah 9:7; 56:1; Jeremiah 22:15; 23:5; Ezekiel 45:9 et al.
Justice: Hebrew, (1) Tsadaq (a prim. Root) “to be right (in a moral or forensic sense), be righteous;
(2) tsedeq, “the right (nat. moral, or legal;” also (abstr.) “equity or (fig.) prosperity, righteously;”
(3) tsedaqah, “rightness, moral (virtue).”
Justice: English, “the quality of being righteous, impartiality, fairness, to be correct (fig., or lit.), reward or penalty as observed, to uphold what is right, just, and lawful.” It also means to cause a wrongdoer to be tried in court and fully punished; to be fair.” This word in no wise means to punish, the innocent and clear the guilty!
